Effective organization and storage

I have multiple extension cords ranging from 50-100ft in length. The 50s it worked great and has plenty of room for more length and keeps the cord secured and protected within the reel walls. The 100 foot cord used basically the whole reel. Not sure if it would truly fit a 125’ cord like the title suggests but I also am using it to store heavier duty cords, lighter duty it might work just fine at that length. They have eyelets in order to hang them on the wall from a hook or nail. The clips on them help secure the cord in the reel from unwinding. Not super heavy plastic and might break if you’re throwing around your cords and not being careful. The center handle can be held in your hand while the rest spins while wrapping up a cord which is nice and makes putting them away easy. I would definitely buy again. (I bought 4 on the initial purchase)

Used for electrical fencing

We used this to store electrical fencing wire that is not currently in use. It works well overall. One star off because it's hard to wind and hold at the same time. I think this would be a problem even with more pliable things like cords or rope. With wire these are a two person job. BUT. They hold lots of wire and are really easy to store, so I do recommend them. They also seem very durable.

Not for heavy duty cords

Honestly disappointed for what I needed. Described as, Holds up to 150-feet of 16/3 gauge cord or 125-feet of 14/3 gauge cord. I figured it would hold 100' of 12/3 but I was wrong. Only holds about 60 feet of 12/3. Not recommending for a heavy duty cord but would be very good for smaller cords.

Just what I needed

I was looking for an inexpensive cord winder. This is perfect. I use it to roll up my RG8X coaxial antenna feed line after my portable amateur radio deployments to state and National parks. (POTA - Parks on the Air)
