Revising my earlier Review

it took a while to get the tents re-shipped as the original shipment never arrived BUT customer service is EXCELLENT. When I received the tents I liked them very much. They were just what I expected. They were not wrapped however and just placed in a big box where they rattled around and a small plastic piece from the top hinge was broken on one of them when I unwrapped them. They function fine but I do wonder. how sturdy they are or is it a case of poor wrapping when shipping? Again customer service was excellent and quickly responsive.

Pretty Good

I really like that this is customizable, and so far my only complaint is that it’s not super sturdy and came a little bit warped. That said, I just weighted it down a little bit and it works just fine

Broken plastic corner where sign folds

Still usable, but not as sturdy since the plastic is broken off one corner. If I didn't need it asap, I would definitely return for a replacement. Great price, but not good quality plastic. Will do for what I need

Sturdy construction and easy to use

We needed a sign to remind people to remove their shoes in our business. Now while some people ignore the sign, that's because they're ignorant and feel that they're unique and above the rules - which is no reflection on the quality of this sandwich board sign or "floor tent". Simply print out whatever you need on two sheets of regular sheet of paper (8.5" x 11") and insert into the floor tent and viola! Instant sign. It's that easy. I would recommend it most for indoor use, but if it wasn't too windy, it could be used outdoors as well, but it's not as tall as your typical restaurant sandwich board and would be easy to overlook if placed into the street.

Bad customer service, excessive postage and return costs

While the product is good. The unbeatable sales are not. Excessively charged for shipment, which ultimately took 3/4 weeks for delivery, due to the lateness of its arrival, a return process has started. Only to find out I need to pay additionally for the return of the product at out of costs to myself. Very rude and short customer service staff. Not recommend. There are other providers that offer free shipment and returns.

Doesn’t quite stand level but it’s good for price

This will work if there is no wind. I am using it on a sidewalk to direct people to a specific location for an art show. The bright yellow is perfect and an 8 1/2 x 11 inch poster is easy to insert on each side. Good price.

Heavy and fragile

They seem solid although, one out of the 6 came with a broken hinge, be aware that they dob weigh more than you'd think. Further experience has shown that they are not durable at all 3 have broken at the hinge after the 3rd use. Tragic for the environment and my budget.

Perfect size

Great item, fits a regular sheet of paper. 8 1/2 by 11. I print a note for my friends telling them I’m in the backyard and put the sign on my front steps.
