Very solid and strong!

I actually attached this to the slats of a low platform bed for extra height. I first ordered the quick connect version but there are little, flimsy, aluminum clips that came out of the box and were broken on half. These clips are meant to be inside the hollow steel tubing and provide a little button that protrudes from the holes to snap into place with other parts. Since there were so many that fell out and broken in half during shipping, I immediately returned it and bought this one because there are NO flimsy parts and though it takes a little longer to put together, it's worth it!!!

Silent, steady, strong.

Previously, I had plywood under my mattress on top of wooden cross-beams of a missionary style king size bed. The setup was very noisy. I specifically got this box spring because of the reviews saying how quiet it is, and it really is amazing! So silent, feels super sturdy. Pretty easy to put together. No creaking, squeaking, cracking, nothing. Also adds some height to the mattress which is nice. Absolutely recommend!

Firm/Sturdy

Super easy to put together. I thought my mattress was bad at first and I needed a new one, I ended up throwing my old box spring and ordered this one.. turns out it was just the box spring I had. This one makes my mattress feel completely different. I feel like I can actually get a good nights sleep again. Doesn’t squeak. Hefty condition.

Replacement for IKEA slats

I bought my son a full size bed from IKEA. Of course most of their beds come with the slats. The bed made so much noise. I returned the slats and purchased this frame. The frame works perfectly with my sons IKEA bed no more squeaking noise. I’m very pleased.

NOT IMPRESSED

This product is not as easy to assemble as the manufacturer said. There are much easier products to assemble. The worse part was putting those nuts on the screws, most of them did not fit. The wrench provided will hurt you hand more than anything else. The most disappointing part is the box spring cover. I have several metal box springs in my house and this is the worse to assemble and the worse cover every. All other box springs comes with a a cover that encases the box springs ,this one came with a fitted cover like a fitted sheet, what a waster.

Wish I Bought This Sooner

I bought an expensive bedframe set about a year ago. The bedframe itself is great, but the wood slats they provided with the bed were garbage. They were weak boards, would sag in the middle, and the included legs would not fully reach the ground. After a few months of use, they got worse and started making creaking noises with every little movement. I decided to do something about it, bought 3 metal support slats with legs to replace the boards with and threw this metal box spring on top. The result was night and day. This bedframe is super solid and was fairly easy to setup. My bed is now firm, quiet, and I'm already getting better sleep on it. The reason for the 4 star is because there were a few areas of the metal with chipped paint and rust. Hopefully it doesn’t get any worse.

Great for a spare room

Good for a spare room. Wish the cover was all around the frame not just the top. I would think after using it constantly it would rub on the bed frame. Not good if you have a wooden frame.

Easy to assemble and excellent durability.

I actually own the queen size version of this and ended up buying the full size one for my child's bed. The box spring in the room was squeaky and noisy. So we bought the full version of this box spring. Definitely very easy to assemble and afterwards, no more noise! My problem is solved!

Much better than a regular box spring

Construction was simple enough. Took some time and effort but I guess that is expected, the design tries to makes things as simple as possible, so credit is due there. Some reviews suggest needing 2 people to put on the cover, originally I was expecting a zip-on cover that fully covered the box spring, which I could imagine being slightly challenging. But the item i received was a simple pull on cover, leaving the bottom exposed, but much much simpler to install. At first I was disappointed with this, but now considering how much easier it makes future assembly/disassembly, I actually prefer this. Also bottom being exposed is not bad when you consider you can check underneath to see if everything is holding steady, also airflow under the mattress cant possibly be a bad thing? Once put together this item is very solid, I saw a review of bad welding/construction and that was not at all what I received - so that person should complain for a refund, which I understand his disappointment but these things DO happen sometimes. This item is rock solid with all parts fitting properly, you do not need to be worried about that at all.

Liking It So Far

It was a lot easier to put together then I thought to be, and while it looks good and doing the job, I would have rather it came with a zip up cover like in the video.

So Pleased

I needed a low-profile foundation for my mattress and based on the reviews chose this one. They weren't lying. The box arrived shortly after ordering and was lightweight and easy to move. The frame comes together so easily - the engineering and design of both the frame and the instructions are excellent. You simply match up the corresponding numbers and tighten the fasteners with the tools which are included in the box. The spare parts are helpfully labelled as such. The ratchet which is included to tighten the fasteners is sturdy and easy to use. Then, you simply slip the cover over the frame and zip it up. Easy peasy! Now my mattress feels more secure and is the correct height for my bed frame. I really couldn't be more pleased. .
