This set is amazing!!! Get it and you won't be disappointed.

This was absolutely everything I hoped it would be. My 5 year old grandson built it at my house with a little help from his aunt. All the kids from ages 2 to 9 loved it. They all have lots of great toys, but this was a hit! All the cars they tried did great on it. The girls loved it too. A cousin put in a request for Christmas. There are fun car launchers for the flat arrangements and the tall hill is greatness. Then it all packed up to carry home. Such a well designed toy for creative play.

Great to pair with the Mario race track but not so great on its own

Bought this child for my young son who loves Mario. He already has the big Mario race track so I thought this would be a nice addition to it. When you insert it into the race track it provides another fun obstacle for the cars to get caught in while racing. But if you intend to use it on its own it really is of rather poor design. The hammer that is supposed to make the car go around in a loop around the track does not provide enough force to propel the car even half way. Furthermore the U-turn piece at the end of the track easily comes off. For a toddler that is constantly miss handling the track this is a real dealbreaker as it constantly falls apart. I suppose you could glue the U-turn piece to it to fix this problem but if you ever intended to use this piece with the bigger race track set in the long run you would make it unusable. I would say this is a nice toy to buy a toddler who Is not old enough to care about toy quality. For an older child above 6, I think they would quickly recognize the problems with this and become as frustrated as I have with it.

Does not hold up.

From the crazy amount of unnecessary stickers, I feel like that’s just a labor saving idea from the manufacturer, to the launch system that barely launches a kart. This product just comes off as low quality, time consuming to assemble, and I don’t think any child would be happy to play with this.

Great as an addition to the main set but not so great by itself

I bought this for my son as he loves his Mario hotwheels circuit and has been watching YouTube videos of people inserting this set into the main loop. Its great for that and he loved it, but it's not so great on it's own as standalone toy especially given the price which is a bit high for what it is. I am guessing the price is quite high because it's not something that's readily available.
