Fun but pricey

My granddaughter loves playing with these. She wanted a Daddy, but I couldn’t find one. Pricey for what you get.

Great set! Lots of pieces and details

Cute little set. My daughter likes to switch the 'channels' on the tv and there are little magazines too. I was a bit disappointed with the armchairs- you expect with Calico critters they would be a soft/hand sewn type material but they are just hard molded plastic.

Adorable Accessories!

I purchased this set for our grandchildren to play with at our home and like the other Calico a critters sets, was impressed with the style and quality. The level of detail is very good. Due to the small size of pieces, folding some things or adding decals can be tricky, requiring patience and grown up help, but it adds to the realism which adds to the cute factor.

Cute but expensive.

I got this for my niece for Christmas. She loved it, so it was great. I got lucky and got it on sale. She's still playing with it, so it's great, it did it's job.

There are better living room sets from this line

I’m a big fan of the Sylvanian families/Calico Critters toy line, my kid basically has a medium sized village worth of toys, but this set seems a little cheap. The magazine rack and lamp are cute, but the chairs look like something made by Fisher price. If you can only get one living room set, don’t choose this one. Get the living room suite, which is just a few pieces, but the chairs and couch have fabric cushions. Or get the Comfy living room set. Both are much higher quality, and for some reason about $10 cheaper.
