OPIS PRODUKTU Zbudowany w celu zastąpienia niszczycieli Typ 42 Królewskiej Marynarki Wojennej, Typ 45 lub Daring Class składa się z sześciu niszczycieli obrony powietrznej o dużych możliwościach. A great fun to build and looks excellent when completed. The smaller pieces can be a bit of a pain to put together, the real annoyance is the decals putting those things on the ship was perhaps the most difficult task as they rip fairly easily and placement is certainly difficult. However it should be noted that I believe these are simply challenges the builder must face in building on all model ships. If a child is wishing to build the ship I would recommend adult supervision as a knife is often needed to separate pieces from the sprues, as well the super glue can get rather messy and really sticks to the skin especially when gluing the smaller pieces together, the decals should definitely be placed by an adult. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed building this vessel, and once I got started on it I found it hard to stop. Lots of fun. And more perhaps more importantly the ship looks great, for further proof of this google offers plenty of handsome images of the ship fully completed. Would definitely recommend.

Great model, fairly straight-forward to assemble

I bought this model having never done any ship models before but I found the instructions easy to follow which resulted in what I think is a passable model of the Type 45 destroyer. No saying I didn't have any problems along the way, but that was probably more down to the fact that I wasn't an experienced modeller but got there in the end. It doesn't come with any paints or materials so you will need to purchase these separately.

Be careful..paint and glue NOT included.

My neighbour bought this for her son in law. Please be careful and read small print. It does NOT have glue or paints. So bit disappointed on Xmas Day. Cost another £10 to buy them. Our fault but if it saves someone else the disappointment it's worth a mention. Other than that it's a great item.

BUILDING THIS KIT IN REMEMBRANCE OF AN OLD FRIEND OF MINE WHO PASSED AWAY A FEW YEARS AGO.HE SERVED ON A PREVIOUS HMS DUNCAN IN WW2 ON CONVOY DUTY IN THE ATLANTIC.(1943-1945) IN NOVEMBER 1943 -A FEW WEEKS BEFORE I WAS BORN-THE SHIP WAS INVOLVED IN THE SINKING OF 3 U.BOATS!!A TINY SHIP IN THE NORTH ATLANTIC WINTER.IT'S A GREAT MODEL KIT -GREAT SERVICE.
