Besty Buy!

I like that we have a very affordable option for accurate carbide tipped Forstner bits! So much better than conventional. The only similar option depending on options is Harbor Freight.

Superb bits

These are excellent Forstner bits. In a drill press, they will cut absolutely uniform shavings so thin you can almost read through them. I've been using some of the large size Roman bits with my lathe for some time and have been equally satisfied with them.

Stay sharp after numerous uses.

So far so good, have used a couple of them numerous times without the need to sharpen them. No more SS for me.

Wear Much Better than Typical Forstner Bits

This set of bits wears significantly better than typical non-carbide Forstner bits. These bits are well worth the additional cost. One note, they do not start drilling quite as straight as a typical forstner with the more circular outside edge. Once you are 3/16in deep or with a drill press, they travel great.
