Tight Fitting but canvas feels heavier and maybe more durable. Be prepare to modify your frame.
Material feels heavier and I hope that translates into longer life and durability. Several reviews had mentioned that the canopy what very tight. I came across a Youtube video where the owner had replaced all of the lower canopy two piece suspension poles with one piece galvanized electrical conduit because their poles had been damaged by heavy wet snow accumulation on the canopy. He had replaced the canopy with the product being reviewed. I believe he modifed the length of these poles relative to where they attached in the corner and longer to be inserted further into the top/summit piece. I initially tried to install this canopy with the original poles and could get it to fit except for the final pole which was 2.5" too short even using the stretching tool and loop on the final corner of the canopy. I don't remember having this loop on my previous two canopies. It is a nice addition for aiding in the installation. So I replaced 3 of the four two piece poles with solid 1 piece electrical conduit and using the plastic end caps from the original poles. I shortened the pole length from the lower bolt hole to the end that inserts into the pocket by 3/4". I also increased by 2" the length of the pole in the other direction to insert deeper into the summit pole holder since I no longer had a spring clip to hold that end of the pole to an exact location. The old 2 piece poles flexed (sagged) quite a bit at the middle coupling. The canopy fits nicely over the new pole system. At this point I have only replaced 3 of the poles but have the conduit/pipe to replace the final pole, The rigidity of the electrical conduit and its extended insertion into the top pole holder allowed me to completely install the new canopy and am very pleased with it. I will complete the fourth pole later and will probably spray paint them black at the end of the season (Fall) when I take the canopy down before Winter. I WOULD DEFINITELY PURCHASE AGAIN. 4 attached pictures- 3 showing new poles and 1 showing old sagging pole. Sorry picture take at angle that appears unsymmetrical - I assure you it is symmetrical. Most difficult aspect of making the new poles was to ensure the holes for bolting the upper level canopy where correctly aligned with bolt holes at the lower attachment to corner post. If you could draw a straight line down the length of the conduit that would solve the problem when lining up the pipe in the vice to drill (a drill press would have made it easier too vs holding drill gun in hand.)

Future replacement
Haven't installed this new one yet as I'm still using the old one. However, it looks sturdy and heavy duty. They usually last 2-3 years in my area in mid-Missouri with the wind and elements. I like the burgundy color. We'll see how this one holds up when I install it next year.

We have the 10x10 Madaga Gazebo from Target
We bought a house that had a gazebo installed in the backyard. There was no cover on it. We’ve spent months trying to find a cover for this. It’s proven to be very difficult. Most places were telling us we needed a custom cover and that it would cost around $1000. When I found this one, I read all the reviews. I spent hours on the internet looking for the best choice. This one had the best reviews from what I could tell but there were a lot that stated the canopy was too small. This was true for us too. We have the 10x10 Madaga from Target. What we ended up doing was just drilling a couple new holes on 2 of the poles and we got it to fit perfectly. The sun shade was the only issue. The bigger canopy fit perfectly. This was a much better option for us and I’m happy with the purchase. I’m only giving it 4 starts because of the fitting issues. Aside from that, so far it’s been great.

Durability in question
Pros: 1) it is indeed the exact right canopy for our old target Magda gazebo. 2) the color is the same as our old one. 3) it came with the stretching tool needed to put it on. Tips: 1) you need to put it on after it has warmed up in the sun most of the day so it will stretch enough to fit properly. 2) working clockwise to put the corner pockets on and then going back to put the side pockets on seemed to work best for us. 3) a two person install is best Cons: 1) the pockets needed to have the stitching reinforced. One pocket let the pole slide right through the point as though the stitching didn’t even exist (though the other pockets have held fine and it wasn’t even the last corner pocket to be installed on the gazebo). It makes me worry about the durability come our first big wind. I had to tie the corner down with paracord so it wouldn’t flap oddly in the breeze. 2) more Velcro tie downs under the canopy to the poles are needed (especially for the little upper canopy).
