Great Replacement for the cheap plastic kind

Like the headline says... Great quality. *** Tech tip: Mount the receiver (large female part) where you want it. Then loosen the tension with the side screw until the tongue (small male part) is barely held in. Then place good double stick tape on the door roughly where they will meet when closed. Insert the tongue into the receiver and then close the door and press it firmly in place. Now open the door and the tongue will be stuck to it exactly where it needs to be mounted. Badda bing badda boom! Drill some small pilot holes through the double stick tape, then remove it and mount the tongue permanently.

Top notch latch

Works so well and has a very strong hold. I am impressed by the quality of this. Replaced an old broken plastic latch with this.
