Great value
Truely surprising how good this was for the price, I looked at the Hobo Freight clamp and walked away from it, too flimsy in my opinion.

Just what I ordered
This works exactly as expected.

Not solid copper or brass be aware
They do not contain solid copper or brass. They're electroplated. If you own a cheap Chinese welder they still might be a significant upgrade though. They're only $6.99 and very sturdy. For an upgrade I'd still recommend unless you can afford solid brass for around $25 to $30 then get that instead. Pretty good for the price

looks good as advertised. Now lets see how durable this ground clamp is. Time will only tell.

It's a good clamp. It should hold up! only time will tell.
I got for my welder that I got off Amazon the (decko pro165amp. The ground lead was not good enough, so I got this one to put on it. Seems to work fine.

Why you need this for your inexpensive welder
I don't like buying unnecessary items but this was a great buy. I have a Harbor Freight Titanium Flux 125. Here's why you need it: * Larger clamp - first "real" welding job need a ground around a larger piece than the original clamp; this is plenty big (bigger than HF clone clamp too). * Better grounding - more surface area, tighter clamp all create better ground * Built to last - the original clamp will deteriorate with any serious use (spatter/clamping/surface area). Easy buy.

Now We're Cooking
I bought a 120 volt wire flux welder and the only issue I've had was the ground clamp. It was more like a so-so battery jumper cable clamp and I've seen it arching while I'm welding. This Lincoln ground clamp is one serious clamp. It's a well made clamp with some serious grip.

A good upgrade for Lincoln 140.
I upgraded my locally CT purchased Lincoln MigPak 140 ground clamp with this one. The original one was starting to show it’s « experience ». I noticed right away an improvement in the quality of my Flux Core welding. This stronger clamp creates a better return path for the flow of electricity. Installation took only a couple of minutes with basic hand tools.

Very Good 300A Ground Clamp With 3/8" Stud
I bought 3 of these. One for my Lincoln Tig 175 Pro, one for my little inverter DC welder (see my other review), and one for my Plasma Cutter. In the 3 clamp pictures, left to right: - Hitbox EP2000 DC Inverter clamp - Lincoln Tig 175 Pro clamp - The 300 Lincoln ground you get. Differences are obvious. The should be standard on all welders. Very stiff, big contacts with a 3/8" stud and oversize nuts (17mm) on the stud. The braided part must be twice as big as my existing Tig ground (see pictire). The forst picture shows one of these beside my existing Lincoln Tig ground before I changed it out. Definite step up. Check your existing lug, it may be 5/16" so you will need a new 3/8" lug crimped on that fits your cable lead size, or rat tail file it a little bit like I did. 5/16" hole is about 11/32 so it doesn't take much filing. Hope that helps.

Best $12 I ever spent
This made a night and day difference on my mastercraft welder. Was trying to weld a slightly rusted piece of steel. No matter how much I ground away the rust I could not strike an arc. Replaced the ground clamp with this and was instantly frying bacon. Beautiful.

Not real copper
Overall for the price I feel like these are pretty good But it's not real copper it is copper plated steel nothing wrong with that but why bother trying to trick people

Great ground clamp!
This Lincoln ground clamp is way better then the ones that come with the Mastercraft welder. I don't know if its just me but my welds where way better. I think from now on I'm a be ordering these ground clamps. Especially the price you can't go wrong thanks Amazon ????
