Sturdy and great quality

This Yukon Charlie's Timber Tube Snow Sled with Durable Fabric Shell feels durable and sturdy. The kids love it and use it often. I did however find it at a big box store, a week after Christmas, with a regular retail price that was $20 less.

Works ok

We finally got a large snow and was so excited to use this, unfortunately it didn’t work as well as I was hoping it would. It did ok, but definitely didn’t go as fast as some of our other sleds. For the price, I wouldn’t say it’s worth it.

Loving the plaid design!

So the main reason I ordered this was because I was crazy about the colors. I saw the plaid and just adored how it looked. So glad to see it's as cute in person as in the online photos. We used our portable air compressor to fill it while we were out at the sledding hills and we had a ton of fun. We brought this one and two other tubes be have on a trip we were on in the mountains of Wyoming, so we had an abundance of snow to sled on. This tube held air all day and was comfortable to ride on. Love it!

Large, seems very well made, good for up to 170lbs

The media could not be loaded. What fun this will be be on the hills. I wanted a snow tube because I feel they are safer that the flimsy sleds and the air offer a bumper for accidental bumps in to another sledded. This will be gray fun in the mountains, I especially like to use this in the where you can create a path and then your tube stays in the same path (I feel safer that way). This is large and very easy to blow up with the large valves, including a valve that lets the air in without lets the air escape, and has a cover that is kept over the valve stem with Velcro. The handles are large and padded , there are two handles and one includes a tow/carrying strap with a large loop handle. The cover seems well made and heavy duty it is a heavy fabric on top and a thick vinyl on the bottom and should go down the hills pretty fast . The inside tube is substantial and reminds me of like out blow up row boat we have, I’m not sure if this is as strong as a rubber tube or not but it seems good enough for us and includes a patch for repairs, just in case. This has a combined weight limit of 170lbs. total and recommended for ages 6 and up. This seems very well made and looks very nice with the bright contrasting colors, I except this to give us many years of mountain fun or on a snowy hill at home.
