Worked well for one season, then....

I liked the coarse + fine filtration, cleaned pool effectively and pretty easy to use/clean. It came with too much stryfoam float inside it, so it sometimes didnt fully touch bottom. But after i removed some, it worked well through 2021 season. I put it away for the winter, and upon taking it out for 2022 season, it works very poorly - 5-10 minutes and then controller flashes a lot of lights and machine stops working.

Screws are not stainless steel and customer support not there

I had two units replaced and the last one, all though it was under warranty, the manufacturer was not able to help correct the issue. Amazon was greatful to offer me a refund for the trouble and later deducted a restocking fee, of course I was never told they would. It was not my choice to return the equipment, it failed twice. Iwould not recommend this product or Amazon holding up to the warranty or expecting a full refund on the merchandise. Amazon sells their product and the manufacturer was not willing to help Amazon.

Not very smart

I literally just got this thing. Followed the instructions and let it sink to the bottom. It does not clean well, literally has been cleaning the same area for 15 minutes. It climbs the wall well but on the way down it just pulls away from the wall and sinks back to the bottom. I thought it would do well, but now Ive got to go back out and sweep the pool myself as I have been, which sucks. Waste of money and seriously does not do well. Do not buy, I will be returning.

No support and no replacement parts to sell . One star is way to high for this rating.

Great product when first bought, horrible support to try to fix after having a problem with it. Took 3 weeks to get a hold of someone to tell me they only sell a basket for replacement and I can't buy any parts because its from China.

I Bought this robot 2 months ago and we started using it only a month ago and it no longer works, I'm try to call at the line on the customer manual, and nobody answers, I feel very frustrated because there is no bodie with whom to make a claim, for this product. Bad experience!!

Junk pool cleaner

The pool cleaner worked great until could not return it to Amazon. Then just stop working. Now I have real high paper weight. All can say is don't buy this unless you have money to waste. I wish I had my money back for this pool cleaner.

was ok to start but went to hell.

I got this last Aug. and used it for two months and it was great. When I got it out this spring and started using It just starts (some times) then just stops in middle of poll and just sits there.

Works great!

Love this product! Shipped quickly and was boxed very well. Tried it without extra ‘fine particles’ filter, and very impressed with how it collects. Very simple to use. Be sure and remove him after use. My only regret is not getting the stand/cart. I did not read the dimensions …this thing is bigger than I thought. But still easy to manage with handle. Nice size basket that is easy to remove and hose out. After about 6 uses, highly recommend.
