Works well where string trimmers do not work at all.
I live in the Arizona desert on 5 acres. A string trimmer is useless on the type of brush I have to cut. This product quickly cuts brush up to and above the diameter of a pencil. When the blade becomes dull you just turn the blades around to use the other edge. I have used up my first set of blades and am now on the first edge of my second set. This works where string trimmers don't work at all.

Works for small bushes
He liked that they cut off large tuff weeds, but would not cut small trees. Just an inch round would not cut off.

Excellent addition to a weed wacker
The string on a weed wacker is good for some jobs but these blades improve the cutting for heavier brush quickly. Easy to install. However be careful with stones or rocks as the blades can only take a few strikes before breaking. Still a good buy. I keep a small stock for clearing before summer and forest fires. And always use safety protection.

You're gonna need replacements for these replacements
I bought these for the Weed Warrior Brush Cutter as replacements because of the success I had with it. It allowed me to cut to 2 & 3 inch trees like a pro. However, after a few clashes with the fence and concrete, no more than comes with the job, by tree four, it was gumming its way through the tree. I felt they should have taken my minor miscalculations without becoming completely unusable so soon. But I'm not going to hold that against them, not too much, not when they work beautifully, and would buy these replacements again. Beware, if you have a lengthy fence lined with small trees you need to get rid of, it could get expensive.

Work great for weeds
These work when the plastic blades won’t. I wish they lasted longer for the price. They will cut the tougher weeds though.

Not for heavy duty work
You get what you pay for... These are made cheaply Definitely not for large field clearing They bend easily just from hitting dirt These will work for mixed tall grass and weeds If I used the toughest string on the market I would be reloading my spool every 5 minutes These type of blades will put last the wire if you avoid hitting anything I'm surprised that they actually cut through 1 inch sapling and brush Bottom line... These are better than string Definitely not durable as they should be If you need something tough... I don't recommend these I used these one time and now they are garbage I cut through a half acre of waist high weeds so I am satisfied with the product for my purpose

Weed Wacker Brush Cutter Blades
These blades fit a niche between a steel blade and nylon trim. I like them because they take on the harder pieces like thistle and small bush that you cannot clear with nylon trim. You do need a screwdriver to change the blades and it saves you having to wind a spool of nylon; however, I find these are better than nylon trim because you're not constantly having to play with the trim when it binds on you.

Not much they won’t cut!
Very tough and there isn’t much they won’t cut through. I have an entire season on mine and they’re still working fine.
