Very good padding

Product seems to be padded really good. Be careful checking the glove when you get it. I ordered a Left Hand Adult XL. Although the plastic bag it came in was marked LH Adult XL, the first one I received was a Right Hand Adult Small (was marked as such on the product). I returned it. On the next one like the first, the plastic bag it came in was marked a LH Adult XL, the product was marked Left Hand Adult XXL. This worked for me so I kept it.

Works well, snug fit

I've been using these for many years, and they suit my needs perfectly. However, they have all needed replacement as the leather eventually tears at the wrist. despite my best efforts to exercise care in removing them. It would be nice if the company could improve this durability problem.

Stops the sting

11yo catcher loves it. Takes a little getting used to but the extra protection makes those long tournament days much easier on the hand.

Stiff

Well, it's certainly padded! But way to stiff for my use. Makes gripping a bat and squeezing a glove a chore and a forearm workout (especially if it's a new baseball glove). If you really need the *extra* padding, this will do, but man... it's a lot.

You'll know when you need this!

I bought one of these a few years back, and sent it with my son who joined a D1 program Fall of 2022. He didn't need/want it in high school when catching pitchers in the upper 80's, but is using it now that the pitchers are in the mid to upper 90's . We have a couple of backups for him, just in case.

Good quality and protection.

It’s too big for my tiny little hands but I should have known that would be the case. If you need Women’s small, extra small or youth sizes normally then the smallest size of this glove will be loose on you. Otherwise it’s well made and would likely do what you need it to do.
