Does the job

Got this for my tennis elbow for when I work out in the gym. Besides the pressure point, the flex was the most important feature.

Not As Comfortable As Expected

This elbow strap is effective in relieving tennis elbow pain, but it's difficult to wear it in a way that is comfortable. The problem is that the strap's rough velcro surface irritates the skin. I've ordered a different type of strap in the hopes that it will be more comfortable to wear.

Years of searching are over

For years I've needed a brace to manage episodic attacks of tennis elbow. The first one I got wore out after several years, and finding one that was comfortable and which would stay put was a terrible challenge. I spent a lot of money on less-than-fabulous braces through the decades. If one was comfortable, it didn't stay in place. If on stayed in place, it had irritating edges that bothered my skin. This neoprene one definitely stays where I need it and it doesn't irritate my skin, except for the fact that neoprene doesn't breathe. I have to wash it frequently to avoid trapping irritants against my skin. Most, I just have to take it off promptly when I stop doing something that requires it. If there's a way to make neoprene more breathable, that would help.

It is working

I have had this strap on my arm for four hours and I can say it works. I am pleased.

Comfort of the strap buckle needs a little work, but works great!

The plastic strap holder digs into my skin a little, so I’ve been wearing a sock that I cut the foot off underneath it, & that’s been much more comfortable. But, it’s been such a pain reliever for my tennis elbow!!

A little bulky

I don't play tennis, but exercising sometimes causes me soreness. I have used tape in the past while getting over the soreness. These have the advantage of being easier to apply and are reusable. They are bulkier than tape, and I need to keep them far enough from my elbows to avoid scraping my upper arms on them. But being simple and reusable makes it easier to use them on a regular basis, so it's overall a net win.
