Great time in the shower

My hose busted on my last handheld shower head, so this time I wanted the combo style. It was easy to install in about 10-15mins once you put on the plumbers tape. It was the best shower I ever had, I have to make myself leave the shower. They have several settings on the main head, the ones I like are the standard, the rain and mister. The mister is so nice, but you better wear a shower cap if you don’t want to get your hair wet. The second handheld sprayer is awesome, once you turn that handle which is actually on the second head, it starts humming with a pulsating sensation. You can put it anywhere on your body and it’s very powerful soothing. It’s also great for cleaning the shower when you are done. If you have lady parts, which I wish I had for a few moments. Your water bill will go up, once you use the pulsating part. You all ready know what I’m saying. A lady friend of mine enjoy it very much, just saying. It bought the satin nickel version because the ease of cleaning and it looks better than chrome. Well worth it!

Favorite shower head ever

This shower head is amazing! High pressure with a very nice feel to the water( not to hard, another too soft)make sense??. The wand is amazing for getting shampoo and conditioner ot of hair, like a water comb so my fine, thin hair is not a tangled mess. The only con is this is not metal so I am not sure how long this plastic like product will last.

Improves water pressure- great product

I love my waterpik shower head so much that I actually invited my parents to shower in my shower instead of the guest shower on their last visit -- now they have a waterpik too. They're honestly just incredible and help you get the best possible water pressure out of what you have. I feel like my hair is cleaner than ever before and the shampoo gets washed out more quickly. Great product! Amazing results!

A great idea

Really thick hair makes it hard to get rinsed well this hand held works great. The housing is plastic and I’m sure it keeps the weight down but I’m concerned about when the hand held drops in the tub

Shower comb takes getting used to, not something I enjoy..

I have always used this brand for my shower heads but recently wanted to try something different and was looking for a better shower head since I now have low pressure at my new home. I bought three different shower heads incluyding this one. I thought I would try the shower comb for a change with the pulsating feature. Absolutely do not enjoy it. Not anything I really like. I'm more of a standard round shower head person. It does feel like you have a stream of water hitting you instead of around or Square area of coverage. Also, the shower head Center part did not release water when I had it on the main shower head. So it did not help ultimately with my low flow water situation since the middle part of it did not release water. Also, it's mostly plastic parts so it feels like you're not really paying for what you're getting. Lastly, the switch to go from the shower handle to the main shower head is in an awkward location. Kind of hard to get to if you have a tall shower and difficult to turn. I'm returning this one and sticking with a no-name brand shower head that does way better.

Open package missing parts

While I knew I'd purchased an open box item, I expect Amazon to verify all pieces are included before reselling retired products. The box was missing the instruction manual, which isn't really a problem since this is the second one of these I've bought, and instructions can easily be found online. However, the showerhead is missing all of the washers (3) and the pipe tape that the manufacturer says should be included. I can get pipe tape from a hardware store but can't find any indication of what size washers are required. Without them, the showerhead predicably leaks.

Great product, kinda wobbly

Love the settings! But it’s hard to turn the dial on the head between them with wet hands because the head doesn’t stay firmly in one place. Not sure if that’s an installation mistake I made or if it’s a design flaw.

Nice Pressure

I like this. My wife likes the handle. Really strong pressure in the wand. The knob to turn the water directon to the head / wand is a litttttle firm and hard to turn, but it's not a huge issue. no leaks, cleans well. would buy again.

It squeaks!!!

I really like the look and water pressure of this item, but it’s so noisy! Makes squeaking noises!! It’s sucks because I really like it but it’s clearly cheap! It should be marked at no more than $40. I installed this in my showers and threw out my old shower heads so now I’m stuck with it until I can find something better which has been hard, strictly due to finding something with good water pressure. Ugh.
