Great for New England Winters (AND SPD!!!)

My son normally wears a size 11W or 11.5W depending on the brand of shoe. We purchased a 13W based on the reviews we read of these running large. The fit is still a bit large even with boot socks (Wigwam or Smartwool brands) but they stay on his feet well, he is comfortable and can still run in them with no problems. His underlayers are able to tuck nicely into the boot and stay put thanks to high quality of the drawstring closure. The additional Velcro flap is also a very nice touch. We have had some bitterly cold weather in NH the past several weeks, in the single digits with wind chills down to -30°F and his feet have been warm and dry every time I take his boots off. My son has sensory processing disorder and is almost oblivious to extremes in temp and can't tell us when he's cold as he just doesn't feel it. These along, with some other great gear from Patagonia, Burton and North Face make it possible for him to enjoy the outdoors in winter much more than we ever thought possible!!!

And I'm SO glad I did

After reading reviews on seemingly hundreds of snow boots, I finally decided on these boots for my four year old son who wears a size 13 Extra-Wide shoe. And I'm SO glad I did. I purchased a size 1 for him and they fit him perfectly with room to spare. I wanted to make sure they would last all winter. They are SOOOOO easy to put on, and once they are on you can tighten them up nice and snug. I couldn't even get his giant feet into half the snow boots we've tried on. I like that they are rubber around the bottom for extra element protection and they do seem like they will be warm and comfy when Old Man Winter hits. I am quite blown away by this boot I'd never heard of before. Five stars!

My kid loves them

These worked great on my 5year old. He was able to get them on and off by himself. They kept his feet warm and the wide width fit fine for his normal-width feet.
