Difficult to use.

I didn’t like you need to wet the dog’s entire head before you can apply. Not practical. Not happy

It really works

I tried many tear stain products. This one actually works. I massage it around his eyes and rinse off. He likes the smell. I did this treatment daily for about a month. I keep the hair around his eyes fairly short. For maintenance I do this cleaning procedure once every couple weeks. Have been using this product for about four years.

Too nervous to use regularly because my Maltese is just so small and I really worry about getting this in her eyes. But I have begun to just wash the stains in the hair daily with tearless shampoo and applying a little coconut and then all over her coat. She wants to eat the coconut - which won’t harm them in small amounts.

I do recommend this product

It is effective, but my white dog is plagued with bad eye stain and to keep her white I need to use this daily.

Have had a hard time finding something good for our poodle, she gets tear stains and kinda crusty like. So hard to keep it away but this stuff has really came in handy and seems to work so far Thank goodness!! Thank you, happy with it

Helps reduce beard staining if used regularly.

Have tried everything on my schnauzers beard to keep it white and have to say that this is the only thing that helps with brown staining. While it doesn’t get rid of all the staining I found when used regularly it does help reduce it. Not perfect but I notice the difference if I don’t use it. At least the staining is much lighter now. It has a nice scent too. Bottle lasts a while.

Smells good

This smells amazing. But no improvement with my dogs tear stains. It is tricky to use as well as it foams up and gets in her eyes. Will keep using it but not hopefully it'll make much difference.

It works magic, removes stains easy. I used a lot other brands but non of them worked,this one is perfect.Best think I bought

Helpful & fresh

Didn’t take all the stain away but it’s not the product the product is a good job. the problem is minerals in water like iron other properties Inc copper pipes etc cause the staining not tears

Rubbish product

Literally terrible I don't know why people say it works, I used it and it did nothing except make my dogs eyes red..
