No instructions

Product does not come with any instructions nor could I find any on the manufacturer website or even a decent video on YouTube. There are multiple adjustments to be made to make this work correctly which I feel an instruction pamphlet is warranted. How it should be placed in the hand, relation to the thumb, how many turns each adjustment screw allows and whether turning it too far in or too far back will release the screws. Lots of stuff that I prefer not to figure out through trial and error. From what I can tell all the adjustment screws are 5/64 Allen/Hex, since they don't tell you. The two trigger screws are hidden behind some plastic cover. Is that plastic cover designed to come off and pop back on? Who knows there's no instructions.

Love this release

I have a Hoyt Cybertec xt2000 Competition bow, and just purchased this as an upgrade from my original release. Verry happy I did, this is well made and like the fact that it locks, my previous one did not and had to hold the trigger so as not to prematurely fire. LOVE THIS RELEASE!

Nice but not my style.

I am sure this thumb release works well for some archers but I prefer my wrist strap and finger trigger release. One thing I did not like was having to push hard, the catch that locks the string to the release. Will use it as a backup.

The trigger is very hard to release, it must be a 10 pound pull. I have tried it in every conceivable position you can,still heavy and hard to release. But I gained an 1.5”in my draw length and for me that is huge now I am still a short 27.5” draw yeah. That gave me eight feet per second now at just over 245FPS. That’s what I get for being a short person! Lol

Very good

I don’t have a lot to compare this to, because I’m coming from shooting a recurve. But, so case I really like this release; and I like it way way more than a trigger release. As long as I do what I’m supposed to it seems really accurate

easy to switch from glove to a release with this T handle thumb release

was nervous about switching from finger tip shooting for last 55 years to using a release device. This device made it easy. Just needed to adjust sight settings as I now have to utilize a different anchor point. After a couple hours i think i got it about down.

Trophy Ridge Precise(not the PRO) is a great release and it was incredible, but as i wrote in the title I had to return it. The problem that I had with it is that there was not tension control with it, there was travel adjustment on the release but there was no tension adjustment, every shot I took with it on the shot trainer to get used to the release felt like I was punching the trigger and it did not feel comfortable, but your mileage may very

Considering moving from a wrist-strap trigger system. This model is solidly built, has 4-finger support, a simple serve arming system and is customizable in all respects. Trophy Ridge bought out Fletcher, so it comes in TR livery. I’d just previously returned a Viper as it was prone to...misfires - this model, no worries.
