Missing shoulder strap

While I liked the quality of the bag itself, the one I received was missing its removable shoulder strap. I tried contacting the seller on their website, and they were not very helpful or responsive with options I could do to replace it, besides returning the bag and ordering a whole new one (despite the fact it was out of stock at the time on here).
