Ok product, great customer service

This is the second dispenser I have recieved. This first was missing a spout so the company sent me an entirely new dispenser which was great. The look is rustic and the stand it sits in is very well made. I don't have a problem with it wobbling or being unbalanced. I use this once a week for church and I have noticed there is a crack developing where the spout attaches to the dispenser. It has not stared leaking yet since the crack does not extend past the rubber seal on the spout. I am worried however if it keeps growing it will start leaking. The rubber gasket also broke after the first use. It still works, however it has to be positioned just right and tightened just tight enough for it to work without leaking. I will more than likely replace the spout for something more durable. I do recommend this product based on the look and how excellent the customer service is with this company.

Handling

We have had this product for a week and have used it daily. We like it so far but I will share these tips. The jar must be filled in the wire stand. If you forget you have to tip the jar to get the spigot into the holder. The lid does not have a seal, so will leak when tipped. For cleaning: I have found leaving the jar in the stand is more efficient for myself. I lay it on its side and use my spray hose. On the counter we recommend having something to soak up the condensation off the jar.

Arrived Cracked in Bottom

I could not figure out why it leaked and kept adjusting the seal. Held is up to see better and there was the problem. Hairline crack all around the bottom.

So this product actually arrived broken, but Amazon was great for refunding me. And I found the exact one at Ross so I’m still reviewing it because I love it. I use it for my bottle station in the kitchen, and it’s so quick and easy.

Great dispenser for parties!

Great for parties, has a filter to easily add fresh fruit for desired flavour. Super easy to clean. You can also use it without the stand if need be.
