Works Really Well for me!

I read a lot of the reviews for this, some of which were fairly critical, but I think they are undeserved. It is VERY clear that you have to fill this yourself...and it is VERY easy to do. It is a little smaller than I had expected but that works out well for me because I am short and not very big. The color said Aqua though I personally think it is a little closer to Teal, which also works well for me. The cover is SO soft, which I love, and it was REALLY easy to stuff...took about 5 minutes! I like that because I can underfill it which makes the whole pillow more squishy. You could also add more filling to make it harder. I got much more filling than I needed. I am using it on my bed to help me sit up for watching TV and reading. It would also be great for a tween/teen for their bedroom. The size would probably not work well for a large adult. I am very pleased with it.

Don’t Buy

Very cheap looking. The poly fill came in a separate bag and you have to stuff the case. I returned it.

If can read and understand measurements, you'll get what you expect

I suggest you carefully read the measurements. Do you really want a pillow for reading and relaxing that barely reaches your shoulders? Or would you really prefer something that you can lean back into that supports your head? But now that I've got that out of the way: this item is exactly what was described on the Amazon page. I really like the fabric, the thick piping trim, and the sage color is nice. I am very small so with a small throw pillow placed at the top, I'll be able to rest my head and take a nap when I am not reading. On the down side, I think the price is a tad steep for this item but I'm not too mad at it.

Mother-in-law approved.

So I've been looking around for something that would allow my mother-in-law to be able to sit-up straight in bed. She has osteoporosis and will be going through surgery soon on her neck and eventually back. Anything to help her posture in the meantime. Since purchased she has used this every day, she loves it. She doesn't really use the arm rests but it does allow her with her regular pillows up against the wall to sit upright in bed and watch her tv shows or go online. - The lounger allows for you to add more stuffing or remove it depending on how firm you want the product. We used all of the stuffing that came included, it's held up for the past month or so without flattening with daily use. Might be able to fit more inside but we found that unnecessary, I like the fact that we can wash it if it starts getting dingy as well. Good quality, decent price.

Not what was expected

I’m sorry but I have to agree with some of the other reviewers. I honestly missed the DIY part. I stuffed the pillow but it was with chunks of the filler. The color is beautiful but had I realized I had to put it together myself I would not have ordered it. And it’s pricey for a DIY project. I am disappointed.

First they make you stuff it yourself but after its stuffed its not the shape that I'm use to seeing in these pillows. It's taller that it should be and not as wide. My fiancée likes it but it didn't work for what I needed it for.

Have to stuff the pillow yourself

First order had the actual pillow missing. Had to contact to get the correct product. Then had to return just stuffing. Going out of my way to take product back to post office and no compensation given for lack of quality control. WOULD NOT ORDER AGAIN!

The most important thing to know is the length of the arms.

I have broken my arm just below the shoulder and have difficulty sleeping. The purpose of this was to support my arm but the arms are much too short. It now sits in my closet and was a waste of money.
