SS Cake Cooling Racks

I purchased from Amazon.com two Stainless Steel Winco ICR-1725 16.5" x 25" cooling racks. They are just the size I needed and for the price are a good quality product. One was damaged during shipment. I contacted the seller, TigerChef, an received a replacement within 5 days. That was excellent service.

I Bought 10 cooling racks from Tiger Chef. The quality of them was very poor. The finish was very rough and even cut me while I was attempting to smooth them. I had 4 old ones from Winco and the finish was smooth I purchased 32 additional ones also from Winco in a store and each one was smooth and well cromed. I think that you are selling second class or damaged products.
