Love it

So easy to install. The strings that come with it is short lived. I use regular strings that I cut and place them in the attachment and it works great.

How do I get in touch with support?

So have been using with string. Good. Put nylon blades on today and in mature grass/weeds. One pin that holds blade in pulled almost out and now will not hold blade in. Not cool…

Make Trimming Great Again

Great Upgrade over original Echo trimmer head I guess maybe two things could make this better, maybe a little cheaper and 4 heads instead of 3, but having said that, this is huge upgrade over disappointing echo trimmer. I had to remove cap everytime I extended line, I hated to trim, this cures that. Pro's You can use any line, even old trimmer line! It is even better to use old trimmer line because you can make it longer, the line designed for this head is too short, so just use old line. It has brush blade option, and you can even use both bush and trim line together. So easy to swap line., simple I tell ya. Blades easy on/ff as well. Because of how open this is, it doesn't collect grass the same way the original head does. Simple install, simply attach once and you never have to deal with trim drama again. It could be cheaper, but in the long run this could have been 100 dollars and more and be well worth it. Great design, make trimming great again, ha

Easy install on Troy-Bilt TB22

It took less than 5 minutes to install. No tools are needed. Very sturdy construction. The blades and string insert easily. Much better than the stock configuration.

Still a restocking fee after they said it would fit and it didn’t fit my stink trimmer

The product didn’t fit my trimmer after they said it would . Then they charged a return fee !!! I’m not very happy . I won’t buy from them again !! Buyer be ware .
