I absolutely love the SQUATZ Adjustable Pull-Up Bar. It is well designed and easy to install. The bar fits into any standard door frame with no fuss or measuring required. A pull-up bar that works for my house

I have wanted a pull up bar for a while but only ever saw ones that hung over door frames. That style of bar does not work for the doors in my house unfortunately. This bar, which expands in a door frame is just what I needed. It fits anything between a standard door frame, up to 48”. It took me a minute to figure out how to expand it, but it is easy once you do. There are locks at either end of the bar which, once released, allow the bar to rotate and the length to extend. Kind of like extending a pressure mounted shower rod. Push the locks back in once fitted to the width of the doorway and it is secured. I like that the bar has a level built right into it to help get it perfectly horizontal. I also like the foam grip. We have used maximum 180lbs on this bar so far and that has been fine. I worried that it might slip but the the bar is designed so that the ends angle, applying more pressure at the bottom of the pad to create upward lift. It works well.

The bar's strong, non-slip foam grip and gentle grip are made to reduce hand fatigue or soreness and avoid calluses. It is simple to install and well-designed. There is no bother or measuring necessary because the bar fits into any standard door frame. I also enjoy how sturdy the bar is because it can support 440 pounds, which is twice as much as I require.

Doesn't move

My last pull-up bar actually buckled, even after being leveled, secured and locked in place. Luckily, I was able to land on my feet, but found that it was bending after only using it several times. Not to mention, I was way under the weight limit. With this one, I've been using for over a month now and not only has it not moved or budged, but this thing does not buckle or bend easily either. I've been able to do overhand, underhand and one armed pull-ups with this bar. This thing locks in securely and even with kind of jumping up to get to it, this thing doesn't slide or move. Not to mention, it fully adjusts to any door size which is great if I need to move it.

Adjustable pull up bar

Adjustable pull up bar. I started working out at home and I needed something that I was able to put between my doorways so I can start doing pull ups at home. This was very easy to install. It is adjustable so it can adjust to many different lengths highly recommended for anybody. That wants a nice quality pull up bar.

Breaks under pressure. Incredibly un-intuitive and uneasy to install.

I'm a big guy, but this thing started bending like a popsicle stick immediately under my weight. And the installation lock system is frustrating and uneasy to find a guide that is legible, including YouTube. Can not advise against this product enough. Very disapointed.
