Jump, Jump, Jump

This set comes with three platform boxes in three different sizes for training at home. The boxes' rubber anti-skid surface makes them safer to use. They are well-made, reliable, and strong. I am only starting with the small one right now because I have never used them before, but I want to eventually upgrade to the larger two as well. Using these boxes will build and improve your stability and core, as well as your shoulders, arms, chest, glutes, and legs. As I get older and realize how important it is to take better care of my health before it's too late. These boxes are exactly what I needed as I t's time to begin my physical exercises.

Stable and sturdy

I bought this set for my jumping exercises. They are great for at home use as I can easily stack them up when not in use- so no extra space is taken. Assembly, was quite simple and quick. They felt stable and sturdy with use and held my landing momentum well. I like that they hold their ground in terms of not moving around - the non-slip rubber keeps them right in place.

The jumping platform is to small for landing on 2 feet!!

I would not purchase this item. The boxes are not stable and the platform isn't feasible for high school students. I will not be able to use this for box jumps.
