Helps with lymphedema

I have my PT apply this to my knees for arthritis and on my legs for lymphedema. Wish you had big rolls in different colors with good extra sticky.

It is a good tape, but like the other review said it is not the H20, it is the number 3 extra sticky tape

Good stick but

Shag I don’t love is that it sticks fabulously but it doesn’t seem to have give or move with body well. I watch the videos about how to stretch and apply but other tape I have used seems to move with body better. But hands down thus has best stick. And they don’t lie it does work with rock sauce

NOT H2O

It states it’s H2O, it’s not! It’s extra sticky! I’ve ordered H2O and got H2O and it says H2O… this clearly does NOT!! False advertising!

Great product

Unlike the other brand with all the ads and hype, Rock Tape works and works extremely well. This is level 3 extra tacky and it stays on through your workouts and competitions. For those talking about H20 tape, yes they are very similar but no tape and I mean NO TAPE is made to be submerged over 15 minutes. I am a sports injury doctor and treat professional, college, high school level athletes daily and RockTape is the only Kinesiotape I use. I even get the other brands for free by the case and refuse to use them because they literally start to peel off after the athletes start to sweat. Imagine having an interview and a camera crew filming your patient's workout for a commercial or documentary and the impeccable tape job you've done starts to peel off mid-take. I pay for this product out of my own pocket and will do so gladly to get the results my patients deserve. Level 3 is water resistant not water-proof and again, no tape is designed to be completely submerged for over 15 minutes at a time.
