Purchased to wrap injured knees and wrists Highly recommend....

Purchased this base on a recommendation from an outdoor friend who regularly wraps his knees and wrists when they're sore or injured. Helps stabilize the joint in order to keep going without worsening the injury. Helps heal by stabilizing it. Highly recommend.

Not sure this is zinc oxide tape

This seems like regular athletic tape. Nothing on the package says it is zinc oxide and it doesn't look like or work like the other zinc oxide tape I've used.

It was just like the tape my ped puts on my feet so I was happy with it. It helped support my arch and relieve some of my heel pain.

Best Multipurpose Tape I have Used

Best tape. I must always have some around and in my work packs. I use it for my PS3 controllers for better grip. I use it as a bandage at work when I cut myself with a paper towel and some hand sanitizer for a quick sterile bandage that will hold out through physical work. I also have used it for temporarily mending torn leather work gloves. I have used to to add grip to hand tools. Etc Etc...
