Nice value, although somewhat difficult to assemble

Very nice doll house, inexpensive and colorful. My granddaughter (3 years) loved it and still talks about it. The only negative comment was that it was not simple to assemble.

Great item for price!

Bought this for my daughter for christmas! It was a little smaller than what I was expecting but that's fine based on the amount of space we have. It is pretty sturdy, I like the different levels and the cute stair case on the left side. However one of the screws on the top left balcony keeps falling out so the small railing on the front keeps coming loose. Going to try and maybe glue it. Overall it is a great item for the price!

Dollhouse Will Delight!

Great quality dollhouse for the price. I bought this as a gift for my 4 year old granddaughter. She loves it. The instructions and numbers on the pieces were at first difficult to comprehend so I Googled photos of it. The pieces are thick, great colorful graphics and fit together well. There are a lot of screws to put it together. I recommend an electric (battery) screwdriver.

Good except poor packing caused damage.

The kit came with one piece already damaged due to poor packing. Otherwise, it is fine, and is a good value for the price I paid. The furniture pieces are sturdy and well-made. Some of the building material is rather thin, and all of the walls/floors/ceiling pieces are made out of some kind of particle board. Will hold up fine though, as long as your kids have learned to treat their toys with care.

Well made product but definitely DIY.. clear instructions but would be nice not to see the top of the screws... overall looks good
