Disappointing

This is the second of these devices I’ve purchased. I have one of Robic’s triple timers and love it. I wanted this one because it had a tally counter and I need a reliable countdown timer and tally counter for my work at racetracks. On both timers, the button on the front of the device failed, making the device useless. You can’t reset the tally counter and you can’t change the countdown timer without it. I’d hoped that the first one was just unlucky. The second one so soon after I got it (after first use) tells me it’s a design flaw.

Issues fixed

I referee bicycle races and have other Robic watches but needed something with more lap options. The original one I purchased had issues like the other reviewer but Robic warrantied my unit and everything is fine now. Looking forward to track season starting up. This watch has so many mode options, at first I thought it was overkill but I will use all of the functions.

Beep beep beep beep

Does what it says it will do, but Robic timers beep with every single button push and cannot be used in any silent setting such as testing center, library, pomodoro study method, etc. even for solo track workouts it’s completely annoying. I own two Robic timers, both do it, and it’s a loud beep! Every push of any button for any reason. I own other stopwatches that do not have this issue. Robic is a decent company, but I will never buy another watch until this is fixed (make it customer turn in and off).
