gloves are good replace pucks

the gloves by itself are good but pucks feel bad it feels like if you're sliding with shaped rocks get loaded pucks instead

Gets the job done

I was on edge about getting these as I’m an haunt actor and was looking for a new pair of gloves, that were comfortable, durable and not a bad price. I purchased these and I wanna say I will be getting another. They are comfortable and even warm as well. Definitely worth the money.

Durable Slide Gloves

As soon as I received these gloves I wanted to try them out so I hopped on my longboard & went down a mellow hill. These do exactly what you want them to do. Slow down as you carve down a hill. FYI, do not attempt to grab onto anything while skating with these gloves on. If you do, you will more than likely fall, they are strictly for sliding. I’ve used them a few times now & am more than satisfied with my purchase.

Decent set of slide gloves.

I hadn't done much longboarding when an accident involving a hill and speed wobble left me with 2 sprained wrists. After healing up, I decided to get a set of slide gloves and see how they would offer me protection. They did the job well, to say it simply. They gave me a lot more confidence on my board, as now I could drop low and plant my hands onto the pavement as I carved. With much more options to keep stability on my board, these gloves have opened a bigger world of what you can do on a longboard, which makes it a lot more fun, and a lot safer too. The only reason I went for a 4 and not 5 stars is because some of the seams on the sides of the fingers have worn and left a couple of minor holes. This comes without any real accidents on my board since I bought these.

Get the job done, great fit, with the thumb was thicker leather

Want to protect yourself... wear gloves... these are going to fall apart like any glove that is rubbing pavement etc. I’ve worn mine over the summer- they are great. Few wear spots along the thumb that could have been prevented with leather. Overall a good buy, comfortable and look good too- would recommend- looking at alternatives for my next pair, but will certainly circle back to these if they don’t work out

Quality made, get over the pucks

There are a lot of reviews about how many pucks these came with. I got what I was expecting with the long bars and the thumb pucks in addition to the palm pucks. Aside from this issue I wish people would REVIEW THE ACTUAL PRODUCT instead of the service. These gloves are very well made. If you are learning to slide these are almost a MUST HAVE. I first ordered the version with only the palm pucks and I quickly wore a hole into the kevlar finger tips from putting them down as well. Without a good amount of sliding practice you WILL be putting fingertips down, so these finger sliders are great trainers. I've had mine for about 2 months now. I've removed the finger pucks and can now get away with only the palm puck. The palm puck has worn down quite a bit, but I also had to learn to slide at slower speeds on some rougher roads.

Longboarder Handschuhe

Ich benutze diese Handschuhe für mein neues Longboard - einfach mal dafür um ein Gefühl dafür zu bekommen, wie es ist wenn man sich auf dem Board von der stehenden Position in die sitzende ändert. In vielen Videos habe ich die Downhillboarder gesehen und wollte dies auch mal nachempfinden. Durch die Handschuhe kann man am Boden sliden und das Freiheitsgefühl etwas nachempfinden (leider bin ich noch nicht so gut wie die meisten Downhill-Profis, werde ich wohl auch nie sein :D ) Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich ziemlich zarte und schlanke Hände habe und die Handschuhe nicht komplett ausfüllen kann - wohl dann eher was für das männliche Geschlecht ;o) Zudem wirken sie etwas klumpig und schränken dieses oben genannte Freiheitsgefühl etwas ein. Aber ansonsten von der Sicherheit natürlich Top, wenn man seine Fingerkuppen, Daumen und Handballen noch etwas länger unbeschadet haben möchte.

Calidad de la marca

No es el guante más cómodo y al principio podría apantallar que tuviera la barrita de plástico en las puntas de los dedos, pero en la práctica no es del toda cómoda y cuesta trabajar ponerse los guantes uno solo, así que siempre recomiendo que le quiten la barrita y ya una vez que se pongan los guantes, ya la peguen.

Very Durable Sliding Gloves

Gloves are very durable and well made. When they're new they're quite stiff and uncomfortable but after some wear they soften up and become much better. Beware that there re some rough spots of stitching on the inside and may take more wear to soften up (mine did) I had no use for the finger/thumb pucks but it was nice of Triple Eight to include them anyway.
