Does the job

This is exactly what we needed for my 95 year old Mom in Law. It does take two of us to accomplish. My husband passes me the warm water and I shampoo and rinse. It is comfortable for her and doesn’t come close to filling over filling. Easy to clean. Would buy again.

Perfect for me & on time

The only reason I gave it 4⭐ is because it came with an inflatable pillow with a rip. Lucky me, my head's huge and the pillow couldn't fit in there along with my head.

Used this to detox my daughter’s locs

As the title says, I used this to detox my daughter’s locs. My daughter is 4 and absolutely hates anything that has to do with her hair but she most definitely hates wash day. The best comparison I could make to make the process easier is “it’s a big pool for your hair”. I had to fill the water quite high for her, which came with a little leakage in the neck area. But that’s not a flaw. The drain came out a little too easily…left a big mess. But otherwise, I definitely recommend this product! A nice, relaxing way to get your hair washed! Just probably not for little humans.

Sooo convenient!

With a mother who’s bedridden, this has been amazing to keep her hair clean and showered! It has really made things easy for me since I’ve been her caretaker! This is a must! And the price is great.

Good for in-bed use

This was a life saver after my surgery and being confined to bed for 2 months. The only real issue is that the drain hose would occasionally fall off. Also the whole thing really has to be lifted and tilted in order to properly drain into a bucket. I also recommend putting a towel under this if used on the bed.

Highly recommended!

It arrived on time and it was super easy to set up. In less than 10 minutes, with a decent pump, it was fully inflated and stayed true till I deflated it. I used it for a Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) soak of my medium length microlocs and it worked really well. It's super comfortable (since I had to soak my hair for 30 minutes) due to the inflatable pillow in the bowl to help you stay in that position for longer, if need be. I did not want to use the drain so I after I was done, I simply picked it up, poured out the ACV solution in the sink, washed it with some dishwashing liquid, left it dry and the next morning it was completly dry, clean and ready to be deflated and stored. I highly recommend it.

Good product

Overall great product. Boyfriend uses it to wash his locs and do acv soaks. Have to inflate it with your mouth. Didn’t really use the drain pipe, found it easier just to pour water into a bucket. Placed upside down in bathtub to drain excess water. Deflated well.

Hard to drain

Viewing the area where the person’s head is resting, the drain hole is situated on the upper left side of the basin. As you wash or rinse hair, water accumulates around the head location, away from the drain hole. We drain the water in a bucket besides the bed. You may have to juggle the person’s head and move the basin in a new position to drain the water or you may have to wrap the person’s head in a towel and move the basin to a sink or bath tub. Otherwise, this basin works great.

If you are a caregiver this purchase is a must.

I live with cerebral palsy, and accessing a shower is not possible. Previous to this purchase I relied heavily on dry shampoo, and when I did have my hair washed the bed was soaked. Now I regularly wash my hair in comfort, and keeps the bed dry. The sink is deep, and has an inflatable pillow. Other inflatable sinks I have used are shallow, and without a pillow. The hose allows safe drainage without trying to carry the water across the room.

Easy to use

Set up required a little more long power than I would have liked, but once inflated, it's a great product. I should warn, though, that the water does trickle out around the neck area and down onto the bed/back of the patient. Still a very viable option for a bedridden patient needing a hair wash.
