Great Product For The Price

The cage is bigger than I thought it would be and I am happy about that. I like that the grate will slide out to be cleaned but It might leave a space for a small bird to sneak out. I think it will be easy to clean the entire cage. It was a bit much to assemble. The instructions are very poor and almost useless. I am 76 and put it together by myself. I wound up removing screws to add another section but once I got the bottom section together, the rest went quickly. Hint: the bottom rack that holds the shelf takes smaller screws but you have to sort them out. The rest of the screws are bigger.It is easily moved with great rollers. I would purchase the same cage if I needed another one. If you aren't mechanically minded, get someone to help assemble it.

BIG cage, Looks nice. birds love it

Small issues, Powder coating uneven, but you really have to look for it. A jagged edge that needed to be straightened out. Nothing major. My husband with a little help from me, had it together in 30 minutes. We both have hand issues so it took the 2 of us to manage the task. The food dishes are, for my situation, and my birds, useless. Just file that away and have an alternative. My birds looked at them and me, like I was crazy for trying! Looks nice in our home. I recommend this cage for parakeets.

Excellent flight cage

We really researched and this one had more space than others, great access for cleaning and feeding with numerous doors, and looks great. Our birds are SO much happier in this cage.

Super cage...easy to assemble!!!

I am 71 years old and put this together by MYSELF in less than an hour....GREAT cage.....so much so I bought 2!

The feathery dude loves it!

Wow, really happy with this cage! Although I wouldn't describe this as a true white (it's more of an off white color - I included a photo showing it against the white trim in my house for comparison) I'm still very happy with the purchase. I got this for my parrotlet, and while he's had a nicely sized cage for years, I have always felt badly that he didn't have a larger one to enjoy for the times when he can't be outside of his cage (and it can be tough to find large cages with appropriate 1/2" bar spacing or less). He LOVES his new digs though I think I'll need to get him a few more toys now to help furnish his space a bit more! (It's such a large space for him - he looks as though he's got his own personal apartment building and this makes us both beyond happy!!) The cage itself is well made. I like that the bars are textured because I think this helps make it "grippier" for his tiny feet to navigate. A few other reviewers had mentioned they were wondering about the vertical-only bars...I had also been a little concerned about this because my little guy loves to climb, but he's had absolutely no issues getting around. I love all the doors on the cage, especially the two large ones. Man does that make it easy to access - so happy about that! However, I think I may put little clips onto the smaller doors just on the off chance he would figure out how to push them open - I don't want him to get stuck since they are spring-loaded. As far as building this goes - it was straightforward. A bit time-consuming since I did it myself, but easy enough to do. If you're building it on your own though, I found it easiest to do with one side up against a wall or door frame to help keep things balanced as you set things into their places before screwing the pieces together. The storage shelf is a nice touch though I do wish the clearance of it were a little taller to accommodate taller items. I also wish I could leave the pullout bottom grate out of the cage but without it it leaves such a huge gap at the bottom I'm afraid I'd have an escapee or a stuck bird on my hands, so alas, it stays in. I also wish the space between the bottom of the shelf and the floor were a touch larger to make it a bit easier to clean beneath, but overall I'm extremely happy with this purchase and so is my wee little feathery dude. He loves his new digs!

Great finch cage

I love that this cage has so many little doors on the side for food and water bowls. If I had to use the large front doors I would have escapees all the time. The wiring spacing is small enough for Zebra finches, they were squeezing through the bars on my other cage. Cleaning has been easy so far and I'm happy with this. I don't think it would be a good cage for larger birds like parrots, but for finches and budgies its great!!

Affordable and sturdy

Took a few hours to assemble. Did it myself. All the parts are in good shape; all the hardware was there. I do want to warn that the doors, if not latched carefully and securely closed will allow birds to escape. I lost three young finches because it. Also, Preview needs to send the right water cup to fit the small door rather than providing 4 double-feeding dispensers which are tricky and hard to remove for refills/cleaning.
