Easy to use

I really like these hand paddles, got the large size, easy to slip on and off. Great for hand entry positioning and high exit elbows, but if not done correctly it’ll flutter, so blades need to be in right position on stroke entry and exit. And it’s not intended for power strokes, right at your first use , cause I found that you can cause a strain on ur triceps , shoulders and arm pits if ur pulling too hard, I suggest going easy at first, then work ur stroke intensity as you get acquired to them. And they float!! I like them, I use them intermittently with my fins and snorkel on my pool lap swims usually a mile. Looking forward to using it in the ocean.

Great training paddles for improving your stroke

Very easy to use and had really helped my form swimming. Barely holding them while swimming gives you instant feedback if you are doing something wrong. I was, but after a couple of months using them my form, endurance and speed have all improved

Great durability!

I’ve just purchased a second set of these FINIS paddles. My first pair must be 5 years old, but still going strong. The reason for getting another pair is so I can keep them in my travel bag, while leaving my first set in the gym locker. Indestructible! I do like the medium size over the large. The large puts a much greater strain on my shoulders.

Great tool to help with form

Love these! I personally don't enjoy wearing paddles with the bands so was very curious to try these. It felt a little strange at first to only hold on with my thumbs, but I got used to them quick. I think it's a great tool to help correct/perfect your stroke. Without any bands, you really have to position your stroke perfectly so these don't fall off. Genius!

Great product!

I have no complaints. I do not find them uncomfortable as other users have written. They are great for teaching effective strokes; but, I only use them for 500 yard pulling sets. What is great is that wrong strokes will lose these or make them move out of your hands. Learning correct strokes will keep them firm and they will not move in your hands. If you do lose them, they just float rather than sink. They are training tools and will they will eventually wear some calluses at much greater lengths than 500 yards. If you wish to swim miles at a time with these, you are probably doing something wrong or need something else.

Great product

These were recommended by 2 people and I can now recommend them too. They provide extra resistance and a little extra speed. And they force you to swim properly or they fall off!

Excellent paddles

Recommended to me by my swimming teacher. Very comfortable and easy to use. Really helped with my swimming. This version floats whereas apparently the original ones didn't.

Really nice paddles

Got these to work on a few specific parts of my stroke. They do a good job at what they say they do. I’m a fairly big guy and Medium fits me pretty well, if anything I’d go for a small over a large. They help to get your stroke right because they do fall off if you do it wrong - the marketing is correct. I find them pretty good for all 4 strokes. Of course free and back are quite easy in comparison to fly(as with all paddles). Breast is more or less ok, I feel it’s the easiest to naturally get your hands right in the first place personally. I do have to grip them fairly tight with my thumb when out of the water for the recorder part of the stroke otherwise they’ll fall off(not when they’re supposed to).
