Lasted About 15 months, If That

We bought this is 9/21, and by 12/22 it was pretty much toast and completely worn through in 3-4 spots. Used it to cover furniture on our deck.

Just ok

I purchased several of these to put onto a fence. With only effects of weather, a couple of these have ripped all the way down with a few months and need total replacement. And do not be fooled by the 50%-off claim on the cost either. The cost has actually increased by about that much since the ones I bought last year. *No one would want to pay the list price shown for one with this kind of durability.

Bought for under my desk

I Bought this for under my desk in my Home Office. I put the clear mat over it. I needed to protect the floors from the office chair. It was nicer than I had expected.

bought it to use as backpacking tent footprint

I purchased this tarp for a sole purpose to use it as a tent footprint for my backpacking trips, so I am quite happy about how light it is. Yes, it is very light, so if you are looking for a heavy duty tarp, this will not do the job. However, for $5 this seems like a good alternative to a $30 footprint for a 2-person tent. If you are really going for ultralight backpacking, you can buy Tyvek footprint on ebay for around $20. I was going to give this one a try before making that purchase, and I think this is going to be great. As the other reviewer said, the size is slightly small, but my 6X8 tarp was definitely big enough to cover a two-person tent. I will update the review after I use it for a week-long trip this summer. update: weighed the tarp for backpackers, and it weighs 11.9 oz. Not exactly ultralight material, but light enough for backpacking for sure.

It was no big deal to fix but that isn't terrific workmanship. Still

I have one of those 6 foot plastic outdoor tables that you use for crafts, meals in the summer, etc. Unfortunately due to space concerns it has to now be stored outside and I bought this tarp to cover it. It covers it perfectly. The reason for four stars instead of 5 is that the panel that they used to reinforce the corners isn't adheard very well and one fell off while I was using it for the first time. It was no big deal to fix but that isn't terrific workmanship. Still, I recommend the product and would probably buy another one if I needed it.

It is a respectable tarp for the price. I particularly like the fact that it is all brown and not another color on the back side. I do want to mention that this tarp runs even smaller than other tarps I have used. Others routinely run two to three inches smaller in both dimensions. The 6'x8' foot tarps actually measures 5'7" x 7'6" and the 5'x7' tarp actually measures 4'6" x 6'8". I will need to order an extra for the job I had planned to do with them. I live on the Oregon coast so I have found no relatively inexpensive tarp that lasts for long.

They serve the purpose.

They are ok. I ordered two. They aren’t heavy duty but do the job. Using them to cover chairs and tables through the winter on the deck. Hopefully they can stand up to snow and harsh weather.
