Made for very small dogs or cats
I guess I should’ve read the dimensions before purchasing but this is so small. I wouldn’t recommend for any dog over 30 lbs. I also don’t like the material it’s wood and allows drool to soak in. This is more ideal for cats

Quick Pros/Cons
Quick Pros/Cons. Pros: -Pretty hard puzzle. One of the hardest I could find on Amazon. -The pieces themself seem pretty sturdy. -Average puzzle session time: 6-10 minutes. Cons: -material soaks up saliva like a sponge in a sink. I don’t recommend for slobber dogs. -can’t used wet food as it will absorb into the material. My Dog: Golden Doodle Age: Year 1/2 How many sessions until mastery: 6

Very good puzzle for dogs!
Makes their minds work on getting at the treat. However, my dog figured it out the SECOND time I put it down before him, but he's extremely smart anyway. It would take an ordinary dog a while to figure it out.

Awesome Puzzle, Dry Treats Only.
My Cat Loves this toy. She's a super thinker and it makes her think to empty all the treat out of the holes. Sometimes I will also put food or trim down cupcake holders and put some room temperature chicken in there and watch her go to town. The only downside is the cups are wood and not plastic so things like chicken, or wet food which are big time treats in my house need to have special arrangements made. Other then that it is sturdy and Durable. I've already put a bunch of their other products on my wish list.

Great puzzle, material not for all dogs
As for the mental exercise of the puzzle, the toy is fantastic. Perfectly challenging for my dog, who is no genius and desperately needs some mental stimulation like this. The construction materials, as everyone else says, are lacking. My dog hasn’t outright tried to destroy the toy but on its second use we can already see the edges starting to “blurple” from the moisture of his saliva. And I would NOT trust him around it throughout the day. My dog is 35 pounds and not the heaviest of chewers, so I guess this works out ok as a “once in a while” toy that we can pull out and work on. I just can’t fathom why they would choose this material. It works out well for lighter chewers who actually enjoy puzzles

An all day affair for kitty
My cat loves this toy so much it’s become a part of her morning routine. Wake up the humans, run downstairs and meow/ paw toy until treats are inserted into each compartment, and god help you if you forget to fill one. She plays with and checks on the toy through out the day and it’s a great way to keep her mind busy. We can even ask Millie to check her toy or barely touch it and she’s there nuzzling the compartments. You will get your moneys worth with this smart toy.

poor material choice but good puzzle for Fido
The puzzle pieces slide easily for pawed handling. However, it is made of absorbent MDF instead of plastic. There is no feasible way I can see to clean this. Right away there were slobber and grease stains from the treats even though only dry foods have been used. When it is no longer sanitary enough I will have to throw it away. I would not buy this again.

Cardboardy but still good
Don’t love the cardboardy-ness but couldn’t find similar toys for this price. My cat has slowly managed to get them all open but has definitely not figured out how to do it quickly or why it won’t work sometimes. Great for slowing him down on treats and keeping him busy for a bit.

It’s okay. Good concept. Don’t buy if dog is a chewer
Fairly good idea. My pup is 4 months old and figured out pretty much right away. Does keep him busy for the first couple days but he just gets quicker. He has chewed some of the wood and one circle doesn’t slide very well now so had to take some sandpaper to it to smooth it back out. Might be a better pricy if made of a nonchewable plastic like some of the other on the market (?) Going to try to place on a stool so force him to just use his nose but little will slide off stool so may need to screw it to that. Don’t know yet. Again great idea but better material could be used and it is definitely not skill level 3. More like 1.5-2

Good for small to medium size dog
Unfortunately I have a large dog, a 90 lb lab and it is very hard for him to use. I think if it was larger it would be easier for him to have more control over the peices. I also do not think the wood would hold up to really drooly dogs. I do really like that it is all one peice, I have another brand that I have to find and pick the peices to. He still uses it, but due to size it is more frustrating than fun for him. Also for any xsmall dogs it would probably be too hard for. I think it is great for the right size of dog.

Challenging dog feeder
I've bought a few slow feeder/puzzle feeder toys for my dogs and so far this one is the most challenging. My Aussie shepherd is starting to figure it out, but it's nice that when he tries to flip it over, the food geld in place by the little sliders instead of dumping out. I'm sure in another few weeks he'll have it completely figured out.
