The case is better than bucket

Perler beads have been great for fostering my kids' creativity and motor skills. It's been one craft they never tire of and I can't seem to buy enough beads! This set is great because the colors are organized and you don't have to dig through a bucket for the color you need; however, it's a tad flimsy and makes transporting challenging. ...and if there was a way they could engineer all the colors to melt at the same rate, that would be so great.....

Great starting kit, could use some utensils

This is a great assortment to start with but it would be nice if it included some of the bead holders, or iron paper, or tweezers.

Great Beads

I used these Perler bead’s along with the Perler Super Pegboard and they worked great. I am an actual customer and this was my first time making a Perler bead project. Follow the directions included with the beads carefully. The only thing that could make this product better would be to put the size of the beads on the packaging. I recommend buying these.

I LOVE that this kit comes with the Perler beads already organized. FYI it doesn’t come with any pattern trays or patterns to follow.

Not a good first set

We got this for my very crafty nine year old for Christmas, and it would’ve been great, except that it didn’t come with any peg boards. If you know anything about these, you can’t really make anything if you don’t have a pegboard. I’m sure it mentioned that it didn’t come with them in the description, but I think that that is a huge mistake and is really a shame. We have since bought another set from Walmart and got an extra peg boards, but it took a while for us to figure out that you can’t make anything without the boards. I wouldn’t recommend this as a first step for anyone for that reason.

Good range of colours- but what are they?!

Bought these as well as Perler's 'Neutral' range. I am a first time user and have messed around with these for the passed few weeks. Been told Perler are the best but expensive. This is true! So far I have had no issues with them. Only critisism is that I had NO IDEA what the names of the colours were. After seraching around I have labelled my own Perlers - I am 98% sure these are correctly named. Hope this helps ;)
