Tough.

This is a great option for pulling motors and gearboxes off of shafts. Using gear pullers never worked well for this application due to uneven shapes and lack of grab area. With this I can just grab a couple bolts and pull off very stubborn motors.

Good Puller

I read some of the 1 star reviews and honestly I can not see what they were complaining about. This tool cost me $60 and is WAY better than a $10 one you buy at "China-Tools-R-Us"... if you get my meaning. The Tool is square and the bore is straight, NONE of the $10 pullers will share those traits. Yes the threads are a little rough, however all you have to do is put a little oil on the threads and spin the extractor rod all the way through and it will smooth it out. If you want flawless go buy an Enerpac a $200 to $300, that's what my Industrial service company uses. Otherwise your lawnmower flywheel will never know the difference. This is a great tool for a homeowner or auto shop.

Good puller.

Cheaper than Snap-On and seems to be the same quality. I use it at least once a week pulling differential yokes on tractor trailers to do pinion seals.

Did the tough job after I had tried everything else. Glad to have this tool in my arsenal.

Indestructible puller

Used it to pull the blade holder assembly off a 285 Bush Hog mower. Had tried everything, even a 12 ton hydraulic puller wouldn't budge it. Rigged this up to it using a couple of Grade 8 1/2 inch bolts, using a 1 inch air hammer (this thing has like 2500 lbs. of torque), heat, and a 10 lb. maul finally broke it loose. Bent the bolts, pulled the 1/2 inch nuts right off the threads, but this puller didn't break and to my amazement the puller bolt didn't even bend. Best 50 bucks I ever spent.
