Definitely room for improvement

I installed these for 2 different irrigation systems setting them up initially was a little clunky it took 15 minutes because one of them would not connect for some reason and I just kept trying over and over till it worked. I set all the timers and walked away. 3 days later I checked on them and they had disconnected at midnight the day I installed them so I deleted them and reinstalled them and ever since (3 weeks now) they have bee. Working like a charm! The app is not user friendly you can’t see both devices on one page you have to go to settings devices select the device then select control this device. You can’t just click and go. That being said it’s not like you use the app all that often the whole point is to set it and forget it.

Seems easy but has it’s issues

There were no instructions in the box. So after spending 15 minutes researching the product i finally figured out how to reset the devices. The hub learned in really east after that. The first house timer learned in just as easy. The second hose timer is stuck in firmware update mode but there is no way to force it to clear so it is useless at this point. The y valve seems heavy duty but one side leaks at the valve. As of now i will be returning unless i can get new replacement parts shipped to me. If everything worked, i would recommend this.

Setup is a little wonky!

Setup is a little wonky, but works great once the setup is complete. Highly recommend that you setup the hub and all timers very near your WiFi source (need a very strong signal). Once the setup is complete and firmware updated, then move your timers to their respective hose connection. In some cases you may need a WiFi extender to assure a strong signal to the timers and hub.

Buen producto

Muy buen producto el interfaz de programación un poco confuso si no has tenido experiencia previa de programación con uno de estos Recomiendo el uso de water hammer arrester debido a que al momento de detener un riego la válvula timer sierra rápidamente y produce vibración fuerte en la tubería de agua que pudiera generar roturas o liqueos posteriores .

Waste of money!

I cannot issue anyone a strong enough caution… Stay far away from these things. I am pretty savvy with things like this and I have never had an issue with the faucet timer or smart device before. Not only are these timers a nightmare, but the app is impossible. I’ve had them for over a month and I am putting them back in the box and returning them. The app constantly freezes and doesn’t work correctly. It is the opposite of user-friendly, it is impossible to figure out all the different ways it uses the word zones. I just needed a simple timer for two zones to go off for a small drip system. In over a month, I have yet to get them to function properly a single time. The only time my plants get watered is when I tell them to manually go off. The timer function either does not work or just randomly works some days and I have no idea why. Add almost all times, the timers are disconnected from my phone no matter what. They have brand new batteries, and are in very close range to my phone and the hub. What gives? NIGHTMARE PRODUCT that is 100% not worth the headache I have tried uninstalling everything I completely resetting the devices twice to no avail. I watched all the YouTube videos, And one thing that is consistent every time I have reset up the timers, The app freezes in the middle and I’m forced to quit the app and start over. It’s probably has something to do with why the zones are never correct and why the connection is virtually nonexistent.

Works Great - Limited Total Control

The product works great. Interface is smooth, but limited due to the fact that each unit is a separate controller so in the app you can’t control them as one or even separate zones.

Hit and miss

Used this product for 2 weeks, never got the Wi-Fi module working, but the units can work with Bluetooth. I spent 1 hour setting up the programs that wanted hoping that I had to do noting else. It never watered on the times I set. Have tried resetting and reprogramming. Only way I can get this system to water my yard it to start it manually in the app, but that only works 50% of the time. It’s a good idea but doesn’t work for me. I bought 2 of the two pack, this issue persists with all four of the units that I have. App GUI is a bit hard to use and outdated but works fine if all I had to do was set it up and forget about it but that’s not the case.

Not suitable for UK (BSP)

OK so I have several of these Orbits and they are great. Normally they are a little fiddly to set up, you have to realise they are multiple single zone devices not one device with multiple zones... so once you get this they are fine. HOWEVER, this pack is a pain... nowhere does it say they will ship from america and they have GHT on the output and NPT on the input. So you have some botch of a mix of adaptors to order and so the cost savings of the pack quickly disappear. I should have sent it back but by the time I got to finding all this out, which was a month after I had it delivered it was too late. Would I recomend Orbit Bhyve - yes. and I have several of these already and would buy more. Would I say buy this pack - NO its not suitable for UK pipes unless you are use to working with US plumbing. @amazon - please can you change the wording to say what threads this item has.

Will not fit any Australian tap absolute garbage.

I purchased this item as a presant for my dad. But unfortunately the Y part that came with the unit will not conect on to any tap i Australia. I have tried the valves them self and still no luck the threads seam to be different. I've been a plumber for 20 years now so I think I've exhaust my options.

Fantastic addition to keeping the gardens healthy, though for Australian customers note there are different thread gauges for the tap fitting compared ti Australia, so an additional adapter is required,
