Amazing bag!

This bag is absolutely amazing, and One for Pets has wonderful customer service. We have two dogs; one is a 6 pound long haired chihuahua and the other is a 12 pound chihuahua/pug mix. We needed this bag to fly on Alaska Airlines. This was the only bag that was within their soft carrier guidelines. Alaska Airlines has the smallest carrier size guidelines out of any of the other airlines. We purchased two small sizes because they had to be within the guidelines. It was definitely a tight fit for our larger dog, but she likes to curl up in small spaces anyways, and it was a relatively short flight. We are taking another flight on United with our dogs and they have larger size guidelines. So we just purchased a Large bag as well for our bigger dog. Now we have two small bags if the airline requires a smaller bag, and one larger one for airlines like United so our bigger dog can be more comfortable. We had an issue upon delivery with the zipper for one of the small bags, so I contacted One for Pets and they sent us another bag. Great customer service and an excellent company with quality, well thought out products. I love that there is a zipped entry on both sides and a top zipper. Love that both sides expand. The bag can be folded away and put back into its own carrying case. We also really appreciated the zipper area to secure the bag and sit it on top of luggage. Everyone knows how heavy it can be to carry your pet in a bag for an extended amount of time. This was a life saver for our arms. We sat these bags on top of our roller carry-on luggage. Excellent bag for traveling with your pets. Great value.

The pup likes it!

This is a very good carrier for my older dog, who needs room in her carrier due to her arthritic little legs. Only thing missing is it doesn't have enough pockets to carry other items for her, and it would also be nice if one side zipped half way up, to allow your dog to have its head out. But all in all a very good item

Great Carrier with Nice Features

I was looking for a nice looking, sturdy carrier for my 15 lb. cat. This one has plenty of room and he seems to find it very comfortable. It's great that the sides can telescope to add some extra room. It's also nice to have so many ways for the cat to get into and out of this carrier. When I first got it, I just left it out and my cat jumped right in it. I was worried about him scratching the mesh on this one like he did on the previous one I had. When I saw him start to scratch, I just folded it up and put it back into the space-saving case that comes with it. It's definitely on the expensive side compared to other similar carriers, but so far, the quality seems good and it's definitely a great looking carrier. The cat & I both approve!

Perfect carrier for 2 small dogs.

Perfect. I looked and looked for a carrier that would meet the specifications for Allegiant Airlines and I could not find one that seemed sturdy enough for 2 little dogs. I finally purchased this carrier after seeing a segment on a blog called Dog Jaunt. One of my dogs is 4# the other is about 10+ and they both had room to sleep, stand up and turn around. This carrier exceeds Allegiant's criteria of 9 inches high, but at the ticket counter, they just put a tag on the carrier and away we went. It fit under the seat in front of me. It stuck out a bit and not much leg room but is was ok and the fligattendants never said a word. If you are looking for a sturdy, well made pet carrier I would highly recommend this product.

Nice bag but plasticky smell....

This bag stinks like plastic so much that my cat wouldn't go in. When I left it inside my house, I can smell that strong plasticky smell. Anyone buying this, buy it early by at least a month or two before your travel date and air it out.

This is surely the Cadillac of cat carriers! I bought it to fly on American Airlines where the space below the seat is 9 inches. This fit perfectly. Once settled, it was easy to expand and give my 11 pound cat room to stretch at bit. Although it seemed a bit small at first, I think the cat was actually comforted by the small space and felt safer than he did in a larger carrier that we used to have. Folds up neatly for storage. Hands down the BEST cat/small dog carrier ever!

Perfect!!

The One Bag small size is perfect for a 4.35 KG or 11.6 LB cat, there is enough room for them to move, turn around, not so much for them to stand up. The expandable feature is awesome, especially for traveling by plain white them, some airlines are everything but pet friendly, and this size will let you carry your pet in almost any airline around the world. (The picture shows both carriers expanded, and both are the same size, the smallest one they sell)

I tested over 5 bags for my long Siberian cat and this is a stand out. It can be easily expanded to 23" long and provides enough space for my cat to stretch. The quality of this bag is superior over the popular Sherpa bags. The base of the bag allows you to insert a DryFur pad to absorb is potential accidents. The shoulder strap is designed well and the bag feels comfortable when carrying my 14lb cat. I wanted to like the SleepyPod Air, however, this bag is far better since its roomier and longer. Highly recommended!
