SAFE AND STURDY! WONDERFUL PRODUCT!

We needed a replacement sling for my grandmother's lift due to hers starting to tear (it was 3 years old). Pictures showed it was the same sling, same measurements and same mesh material. Ordered white, received Grey but no complaints since white gets dirty so fast. Very happy with purchase, will order again when needed.

Works Fine

We found this sling to be a bit narrower than the Hoyer version. The fabric of our sling was a mesh-like see through material, which was also different from the Hoyer version. My Mother's bath aide said that she has used this type for bathing her patients as it lets the water run through. All in all it works fine and is a less expensive usable alternative to other slings.

It may not be a Cadillac, but it is a nice economy model.

I needed a sling with the commode cut out so that I could use my Hoyer lift to transfer on to my shower/commode chair. I was a little bit skeptical because of some of the reviews regarding the size since I am not a small man (6'1"/230 pounds). I needed something quickly that was not very expensive, so I tried this sling and it worked perfectly. I had to prepare for my colonoscopy which means a lot of transferring and never had a problem. BTW colonoscopy turned out A-OK as well.

Expensive return!

I should have listened to the reviews - this product is way too small, and expensive to return! I measured the pad I have against the measurements given for this product and it seemed like a small enough difference. Wrong. This product is way too small and the type of fabric used is almost like netting. It wasn't what I expected at all! The price for this product was $35.00 when I purchased it Sept 13, 2013 (I see they have reduced it considerably). To return it, the manufacturer requires completing some basic questions and giving up 30% as a "restocking fee" (That's $10 for restocking at $35). Then, I had to pay the return shipping ($11.00). $35 - $10 - $11 = $14 for my refund!! The costs, the waiting, and everything considered, this was a bad experience! I do a lot of shopping on Amazon, and I must say - this is the worst experience I've had so far. A good purchase

The size is good for me. The prize is reasonable and I am satisfied with the quality and looks.. I looked in several places on the internet and slings tend to be more expensive than this one. I have already washed it and it came out fine. I washed with warm (not hot) water and didn't dry it in the dryer because I have previous experiences with other slings that shrank.

Good quality, works well

Good quality, works well. The metal bars tend to fall out, so I had to sew the opening closed. You can wash the sling with the bars in there, so they should secure them when they manufacture it.

It needs to be stitched to last longer. I only used mine one time each day for one month.

The stitching on the side came loose. I didn't get to use it very much I felt like it could possibly be unsafe. Also the metal bars in the sides kept falling out.

Safe & Sturdy Sling

This is a nice heavy-duty sling that fits me perfectly and feels very secure. I'm 6' and weigh 185 lbs. and have no fear using the sling. It has heavy metal bars to hook to the chains and there is no chance of anything breaking or coming undone. This is a nice, safe sling.
