Not 1/2. Actually 0.475" or 31/64"

I am sure glad I measured these before I started drilling because 1/2" bit would be too loose. I will have to find a 31/64" bit for these 0.475" diameter eyebolts. Otherwise, they seem well made and are straight, which is not a given these days.

I get shrinkflation, but how someone can get away with headlining a 7/16" as 1/2" reminds me this is America, and here we must read the fine print.

Made in communist China

American company supporting Chinese industry...what a shame! Most likely will not last as it is made from inferior chinese steel and their galvanizing in china is of the lowest quality. We shall see? Wanted an American made product.

Mostly good but needs QC

The threads definitely are unusable for the last inch or so on two out of the three bolts I ordered. They aren’t carved deep enough. Also, there was some hardened material I suspect to have been molten steel or something on one of the bolts for at least an inch or so in spots here & there. QC needed for sure.

Just right

Perfect for my needs (replacing eye bolt in turnbuckle). The quality seems good. I sprayed some WD-40 to encourage it and it worked a treat.

Idéal pour accrocher un treuil

Je m'en sers pour monter les billes de bois de 12 pieds sur mon trailer avec un treuil et des billots de 5 ou 600 lbs ne leur font pas peur. Aucune déformation, les filets et les écrous sont restés en parfait état . Très satisfait.
