Seller was wonderful to work with

Product is great, used it before. There was a mix up, not sellers fault. USPS said it was not enough postage for a 8# box.. the box was not 8#'s. Seller made it right and resent through a different carrier.

Too expensive, with better alternatives available

If the cost for 5 was not $8 plus $5.40 shipping, then they would be rated much better. They fill the space required well and stand up to the heat. They are shallow, so if you put water in them to stop flare-up, they do not hold a lot and require refilling over a long span of cooking. The bottom line is at $2.68 per pan, they are too expensive. I now buy Disposable Steam Table Pans for Baking, Roasting, Broiling, Cooking , Storage Aluminum Foil Steam Table Pans, Half Size Deep, 9x13 Pans Pack Of 30, Prime for $18.99 including shipping; that is $0.64 per tray which is a considerable savings. They also hold more water/drippings and work as well as the more expensive trays. There are also cheaper deals available

Waste of money

A ridiculous waste of money. These trays are branded Napoleon so I assumed they would be something needed to reflect more heat in my bbq. They are literally regular plain old aluminum trays like you’d buy to cook a lasagne or roast a turkey. Instead of paying $17+ , go to the Dollarstore and buy Alcan foil pans.

Damaged during shipment

They were damaged during shipment by the other item in the shipping box. Once I was able to unbend them, the trays will work…but not what I expected.
