Cute toy, but mine is already broken. :(

I got this toy as one of my daughter's first birthday presents. She turned one in January (2013) and this toy is already broken (May 2013). The wood is very durable, but the elastic string connecting the wings is not. Perhaps we just had a bad accident where the toy landed just the wrong way and the toy won't break for anyone else, but this was just my experience. I'm sad and I'm not sure if I should buy another one or not. My daughter did like the toy a lot.

Great toy

Baby girl (20 month) loves it. One star less because the Handel gets unscrued after 2 min walking with it. Indoor use only, got scratched as baby sitter took it outside the house

Handle too short and gets un-screwed very quickly

My 20 months old granddaughter likes the toy, but there are two problems with it. 1) The two pieces handle is too short for her. (Manufacturer recommended age12 months - 3 years) 2) Also, the handle gets un-screwed very quickly and needs to be fixed (screwed) all the time.

Better than expected

Didn't expect it to be very strong. But this one is really strong and my 11 months old who is not walking yet is very curious to see the butterfly wings flap and trying hard to make it move. Would be a hit with walking babies i believe

Potential Weapon

We gave this to my 1 year old daughter for Christmas. The first thing out of my (kidless) brother’s mouth when he saw the toy was, “you’ve basically given her a club!” We laughed it off, but it turned out to be true. It’s a cute toy, and started off fun. But you’ve been warned ;)

Great toy

Bought this toy for my grandson as he loves butterflies. He has a lot of fun with it. REecommend it for todlers.

Great for toddlers

Bought as a Christmas present. It was well presented in its box. The butterflies wings flap up and down when you push it along so my girls will love playing with this. It is very well made so hopefully will last a long time.
