Used for image transfer to wood/metal. Works as described but I personally didn't like the results
I usually get the Gloss Mod Podge to transfer pictures on to wood and metal. I decided to experiment with different Mod Podge products to see what the results would be. The difference between this Image Transfer Medium Mod Podge and the usual one that i buy (Gloss Mod Podge) is that this Mod Podge will transfer the image and keep the white parts white and it leaves a matte finish, while the gloss mod podge will not transfer the white. It leaves the white spots transparent and, of course, being gloss mod podge, it leaves image glossy. . Overall, I did not like the Image Transfer Medium Mod Podge because I don't always want the white parts to transfer white. Plus I prefer a glossy finish as opposed to a matte finish. Also, I feel that the Image Transfer Medium Mod Podge is more limited that the regular Gloss Modge. For example, If I want the white parts to transfer as white (or any other color), I can just paint the wood/metal with whatever color i want before transferring the image. I like the final results to be glossy so I feel like there would be more work if I use the Image Transfer Medium Mod Podge. I have stored this Mod Podge away. Maybe I'll find a use for it in the future.

I was concerned that using the glue on one of my art projects was going to be a challenge but I used it on brown paper that I painted black (to reuse) and it did not mess with the paint at all and looks, mate just like the description says. Once the paper was glued, it won't come off but you have a couple of seconds to rearrange before it glues.

This image transfer medium can be tricky. The amount you use, how hard to burnish (push the image onto your surface) can drastically effect your outcome. Plus the wait time of 24 hours before you can start pulling the paper off can be a bummer. I’ve found Golden Fluid Matte Medium to work much better. The price per ounce is about the same. The amount of product you use and your burnishing technique seem more forgiving for newbies. Plus it only takes 3 minutes!! You don’t have to wait 24 hours!! I’ll keep the Mod Podge around and keep practicing with it. But I seemed to get better results faster with the Golden Fluid Matte Medium.

Didnt like the turn out
Maybe I'm not using it right but it didn't turn out like I wanted it to. My sister passed away 6months ago and I wanted to keep her close to my heart. I bought the other mod podge and I'm going to try that one to see how it turns out.

Watching YouTube videos helps but when I tried to transfer the image no matter how gentle I thought I was being or how careful in prep I was the transfer was a 50/50 chance onto plywood. Had to play with the amount of medium to use waiting 1 day to 3 days to dry. Using my finger to rub off to using paper towel to using a grout sponge it was a little frustrating but also a new learning. I ended up using the glue and sealer and just put pic face up as that would work for my project as I cut the picture in a shape with router so edges weren’t a problem. Overall got the job done

DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT CLEAR GLUE
This isn't clear glue as advertised. It is some sort of white transfer liquid for copiers.
