Was expecting 180 grit in the assortment, not 150

I even asked if this assortment included 150 or 180 grit because the title says 150 and the bullet points say 180. The manufacturer replied and said it included 180, so I bought it and it doesn't contain 180 grit. I NEED that 180 grit. Very disappointed

High quality sandpaper for a great price.

I’ve tried a variety of brands over many years and have zeroed in on Mirka as my go-to brand. These sanding discs sand very well without causing stray swirls caused by erroneously large grit size and/or the paper not being flat (as I’ve noticed around the holes of some other brands), they last for a reasonably long time of sanding, the hook & loop backing functions well enough and the price is lower than other quality sanding discs that I’ve tried. Additionally, I especially like that these Mirka discs have five holes that fully align with the fives holes in my sander’s base plate. I’ve found that full hole alignment is highly beneficial for the continual clearing the wood dust from the surface being sanded. Yes, you can still sand well enough with other papers that have non-aligned holes, but I’ve found that when I use papers with fully aligned holes, I can sand longer without having to lift the sander to clear the dust away from under the discs.

Great Product! How can they sell so many for so cheap?

I just got a new hook and loop sand disc that I needed to purchase sandpaper for. I saw these Mirka assorted grit sandpaper on Amazon. There are five different grits that come in this package, 10 of each grit. For the price I could not turn them down. A pack of 50 for less than $18, compared to buying 2-3 disc for $3-$5 at a local store. The sandpaper disc stuck very well to my sanding disc. I have only done a little sanding so far, but I am pleased with the results. I was sanding metal and I started off with the 80 grit and it brought the metal down quickly, I worked my way up to the 220 grit to help polish out the metal. Soon I will be using them on a wood project and I think I will be happy with the results. Again for I still can't believe how many I get for such a low price, I guess you get a good discount when buying in bulk, and having 5 different grits definitely allows for a lot of different uses. Would buy again.

Good quality sandpaper for the orbital sander

we do hardwood floors and have been using this paper in different grits. We feel it is a good quality product.

Didn't think this would make a difference and it did

I believed "all sandpaper is pretty much created equal" but decided to give these discs a try based on very positive forum "chatter". They DO work very well and seem to last longer than my big box discs. Unfortunately, I ordered the 5 hole when I should have ordered the 8 hole so my dust collector isn't doing a very good job collecting the dust. Once I run out of these, I'll order the correct discs and see how it goes.

Best sandpaper.... ever

I've been using Mirka abrasives for several decades now. You can't find them at the big box stores and every abrasive that I have used - bar none - that wasn't Mirka hasn't delivered the same performance. I do not have anything else in my workshop. It lasts longer than the other brands, doesn't fly apart, doesn't lose the abrasive coating along the edges as quickly (some lose it the first time you hit the edge of the sandpaper on any surface). I have had a box of Mirka stick on sandpaper for probably 20 years. It's still stick and still works like a charm (I use it on home made sanding blocks.... some of the paper on those blocks is original..... that should tell you how good this stuff really is). There are cheaper sandpapers.... but they're not as good. I even use Mirka on my Festool sanders as I find it hold up better than their brand... and those that know what Festool charges should appreciate that comment.

Long lasting!

I am a believer. I have been using this sand paper for over a year in my random orbital sanders. The paper lasts much longer than other brands I have tried. It's a little bit more expensive than many brands, but since I don't have to replace them as often I end up saving money.

Almost perfect

For the price the sanding ability and durability is amazing. Problem was they kept slipping off my Dewalt and Bosch r o sanders. Only after I bought a pad saver did they stop detaching from the hook and loop. Perhaps they are design specifically for mirka sanders or pads. Other than that amazing
