Good for a warm up
This thing looks a lot scarier than it is. Not used to a plastic handle but the spikes are metal. This is very tame and can be used on beginners to sensory play. Great for nips, but won't get much use in a session.

Leaves a pin wheel ( single row) for dead! I use it after I pump my nipples. OMG it leaves them so sensitive I can hardly bear them being rubbed by my Tee Shirt !!

The spikes are very cheap, and not worth the purchase. Get an all metal one instead of this.

This thing is tiny... It doesn't really feel like much when rolled normally. A little bit of sensation when used on the face. I could create better sensation with a fingernail. I'd say pass on this.
