Doesn't fit like the picture shows

The front of the topper is very long so you can barely see the skirt, which I like the stripe contrast to the solid navy blue topper. Also the topper is a bit long for the twin size mattress, and the back of the topper could be longer to be more fitted to the mattress. Got it on sale, so I think I will keep it. I may use something like pins to make it stay in place better.

Well made, very pleased.

I thought the blue might be more a periwinkle blue, but it’s not. The only thing to improve would be to use a different closure on the shams then ties, but it’s not a big deal at all. It’s mid weight and covers my day bed perfectly. Looks very neat and classy with the pretty quilting effects. I’m pleased with this purchase.

Overall happy with this purchase.

I bought this knowing I would probably modify it. Our daybed is a very thick mattress on top of a platform I had made for this purpose. It has always been covered with a well made heavyweight matelasse cover made like a fitted sheet and had a very taylored, tight fitting look. That cover has worn out and I haven’t been able to find anything comparable. This one seemed to fit the bill as closely as I could find. The blue is a very dark almost navy which is what I wanted and expected from reading other’s reviews. I think it is a very good weight and well made for this price. I like the reverse stripe also. Am not using the bed skirt and though others have been critical of it I find no fault with it. Don’t like the design on the throw pillow and will not use. As can be seen in picture I seamed the bottom corner, and we tuck it for a more finished look. I do plan to also modify the flap that hangs down at the head of the mattress so that this cover can actually be used as a cover when sleeping in the bed. Do not need this long flap at the head. I will point out that this cover would not work with our daybed unless modified in this way there is a gap where the side and front flaps hang down and the corner of the mattress is exposed. But modified this works well. I’m a sewer and it sure beat making one from scratch or paying for a custom made one.

Looks beautiful on my day bed.

I like the color and texture of the fabric of the coverlet and the pillow covers. The skirting is very lightweight which is not all bad, just different fabric. I fine it is difficult to keep the bedskirting in place because the fabric is slick, so I used 4 large safety pins and pinned it to the frame of the bed so it doesn't droop all over the floor. Works perfectly. Had there been some way to adjust the bedskirting I would have given this 5 stars. I saw comments about the ties on the pillow covers but so far they hold the pillows in just fine and I think the ties are kind of cute. Well worth it and would purchase again.

Lovely to look at and comfortable to sit on

Not sure quite what to expect when I ordered this Daybed quilt....however, it fit very well on the bed which we have in our spare room. It also seems to have substance and I believe will hold up well with use. Am happy with my purchase.
