Sturdy, solid and it rolls nicely. The assemble is tough with cheap screws and low precision.
The Garage Roller Seat by M-AUTO, is a handy seat for the garage, that’s extremely nice to have around and its solidly built once together. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – It has good quality metal, seat, and rollers, but the nuts and bolts as well as the cup holder are cheap and a bit concerning. Once assembled the overall product is sturdy and I think should last a while. II. Assemble – Its tough because of a lack of adequate instructions and the precision of hole placement for the bolts to go in is pretty bad, making it hard to line some of them up. Try to line as many up as possible before fully tightening them. III. Performance – Once you get throw the assemble, it works very good. Mine rolls around very nicely and holds my tools great. The seat lacks sufficient padding, but is shaped nicely. It’s a great height and can hold a lot of weight without issues. Overall – This is a great seat for me to use in my garage and I appreciate its presents every time I use it, which is very often. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.

Sturdy. Rolls around easily. Good balance. Better than sitting on a bucket. Cup holder broke.
The media could not be loaded. Sturdy once put together. Zips around the garage floor great (even did ok on a rubber mat). Good balance and soooo much better than sitting on an upside-down bucket. Great for using while waxing my wife’s very low car, and when I paint or do other activities on my work table in the garage (instead of having to uncomfortably bend over). I’m 5’11” / 175 and I fit just fine on it, and it has no trouble handling my weight. The cup holder / tool tray broke pretty easily during assembly, which is disappointing. I looked for a way to contact the manufacturer, but links to contact them were not terribly helpful – I would like to get a replacement part, but have no idea how to request it. This was part of the reason it lost a star in the rating. Lots of nuts & bolts (which makes sense since it is not welded together… it would be difficult and impractical to ship it welded together, so it needs to be assembled using many nuts/bolts). I created little piles of the different size bolts to make sure I was using the correct ones during assembly. The assembly isn’t difficult, but I would recommend using a combination of both the video and the provided directions as they both have some shortcomings, but together you get the entire picture. It took me approximately 90 minutes, and that was with me using a 10mm ratchet to help speed some of the process along. The heads of the bolts and the nuts are pretty soft and can strip if you’re not careful. Because of how soft these pieces are, be sure to take your time putting it together correctly the first time – multiple loosening and tightening takes a toll on these parts. The seat simply sits atop the finished piece, which is fine, just be aware when picking it up to transport, because the seat will fall off if tipped sideways enough. The seat is more comfortable than a bucket, but still not exactly soft. You may still want a pad for extended use. Overall, I like this product – I can’t tell you if it’s better than others, because I can only compare it to an upside down bucket, and this wins hands down. I was disappointed by some of the softness of the nuts/bolts, the limited directions and definitely by the ease of which the cup holder broke as well as the challenge it is to try to send a note to the manufacturer. I was torn between 3 & 4 stars. I landed on 4 because it’s a good solid solution in the garage, but I would really like to see the manufacturer have a better way to get in touch with them for questions / parts.

Great for detailing
This does justice on the back when detailing. Semi easy to assemble and works great. 10/10

Solid, Sturdy
This roller seat is really cool. Very sturdy and solid. Not that easy to put together though. But once it's together, it's very nice.

Big and rolls well
Is surprisingly heavy metal. It’s larger than most I have seen. If you need the extra space the size is nice. On ours the plastic tray was broken when we opened the box. We are building a new piece for it. The threads for the wheel nuts were not cut well and we had to spot weld one. After that it rolls great and has lots of handy storage.

Somewhat a challenge
Assembly was somewhat a challenge but not too bad. The hardware was a tad bit iffy felt really weak. But once assembled it seems sturdy and nice to sit on in the garage while working on things I love it even though the assembly was a challenge

Great!
Great garage roller seat! The heavy-duty construction and equipment rack make it a reliable choice for any mechanic or DIY enthusiast. The tool tray is also a nice touch, keeping everything within reach while working on your car. High-quality and durable; I would recommend it.

Great for around the garage
This stool has been a lifesaver. I had been sitting on a bucket for months since my last chair broke. I had never had a chair that had a tray underneath of it, and had even questioned why anyone would ever want one. Well I can tell you it is SOOO convenient. I know the listing says 300lb limit, however I'm almost 350lb and have had absolutely no problems with this chair and it rolls extremely easy.
