Almost perfect

I was impressed with the overall quality of this jacket, and it fit perfectly. There was only one problem: One of the zipper tabs on the carrying case fell apart the first time I tried to zip it. It must have gotten cracked somewhere along the way because it literally fell to pieces. The carrying case is not critical to the functionality of the jacket, and it does have two zipper pulls so I can still use it. It's a minor issue so I didn't think it was worth doing an exchange, but it was a little disappointing.

Love it, perfect weight. Good visibility from under the veil.

Two years ago I bought a full on HazMat suit. Not really, but it looks like one. Too much, too warm, too bulky. I’ve worn it twice. Saw a guy at the place I buy my furniture and bees in one like this. He looked so comfortable. A week later, this one was on sale., i snapped one up, it was delivered in three or four days and it is great. Love it. Anybody need a HazMat suit?

Great customer service from a company that stands by their quality product.

I love the combination of the quality fabric, brass zippers, and thoughtful features in this jacket. (The reinforced and elastic hive tool pocket on the sleeve is a nice touch.) I was having just one issue with the veil where a small corner of the mesh was pulling away from the seam that it was stitched into. Since the veil is probably the most important piece of the jacket, I sent a message to Humble Bee. They quickly got back with me and offered a replacement veil at no cost. They put it in the mail and I got it a couple days later. From what I can tell it looks like they have changed the mesh material in their veils because this new material definitely looks different than the first one I received. It looks more sturdy, so I think the issue I was having with my veil should be solved in this new one. I would definitely recommend this jacket, and I will probably be buying more of their products in the future.

Its a nice suit, but if your a 3x, it will not zip up around your belly,face it thats why we wear 3x, the arms and shoulders are fine but not made for a real 3xl.Sent back.bought the eco keeper 4 x ,perfect

Very nice jacket with veil

Very nice jacket with veil. After viewing the pictures, I thought the veil would be detachable, but it isn't. It isn't really a problem, though. I was just hoping it would because I had already bought a hat & veil & was hoping to use it. Overall the jacket is nice quality & will serve the purpose well. I would recommend.

Its my second buy for this jacket and all I can say is I'm a pretty big guy this jacket fits with enough from for me to get the job done. Comfortable and breaths the material is really good and well made. As a bee keeper I most definitely recommend this half jacket.

Great jacket, and they donate to bee research! Love it!

Been using this jacket for about a month now, it has held up well and no bees have gotten in. One item of note, if you've never had a "fencing style" hood before, its weird a little... I feel like I am much more in "nose stinging" range than the classic brimmed hood, but I like it now that I have gotten used to it. The jacket itself is breathable. though if you are working any further south than the Northeast you may want to consider getting the ventilated version. They were sold out when I got this one, but I am OK with it in 80+ degree weather.

Great fit!

I'm very happy with my bee jacket! The fit is excellent. I'm 5'3" but busty and the Medium fits perfectly. The waist is snug enough to keep bees out, but the rest is roomy enough to allow plenty of movement. The hood/veil fits well, even with a ball cap underneath. Best of all is the bee tool pocket on the sleeve. The brass zippers look cool and (so far) run ok, but they aren't YKK or any other reputable brand. I definitely would have been willing to pay extra for better zippers. But overall, it's a great product.

Very, very well made. Lots of pockets and will certainly do the job. Order larger than you usually would.

Very, very well built. Lots of pockets. A little tricky to put on but that's mainly because our first suits were just pulled over our heads. These new suits need a bit of zipping on and off. The pockets are great but it would be nice if one of them was deep enough to properly retain our hive tools. Be sure to order a size or two larger than you usually would. I do not normally take XXXL in anything. I usually take a size larg,e but this one gives a little room to work in and fits me and my similarly sized son really well. The packaging is even great - a zipper fabric bag with a handle. I was looking for their ventilated version but I couldn't find one in stock in Canada so we went with this one. We only have a few hives so we'll not be working in this one for hours upon hours. It should meet our purposes nicely.

Ist sein Geld nicht wert !

Habe die Jacke am am 11.06.2016 bekommen. Der Netztstoff ist so steif, das er mir heute am 19.9 nach 3 Monaten gebrochen ist . Nun habe ich ein riesen Loch in der Kaputze und die Jacke ist somit unbrauchbar. Schade ich dachte mir ich gebe ein bischen mehr Geld für eine Imkerjacke aus die Qualität hat aber Pustekuchen. Update 23.09.2016: Man hat sich bei mir gemeldet und ich bekomme die Jacke ersetzt. Mal sehen ob die Haube nun länger hält. Der Kundensupport ist super ! Update 04.05.2017: Konnte die Ersatzjacke 2016 leider nichtmehr teste. Nun habe ich sie seit März im Einsatz und die Ersatzjacke hat schonwilder Löcher nach gerade mal 2 Monaten in Verwendung ! Ich kann vom Kauf dieser Jacke nur abraten ! Update 19.05.2017: Habe heute eine Ersatzhaube bekommen und bin jetzt schon ziemlich verärgert. Man versprach mir das ich einen neuen Protypen bekomme der besser sein soll. Nun habe ich statt einen Fechtschleier einen Haubenschleier bekommen der nicht auf die Jacke passt da er einen Messingreißverschluss hat und die Jacke einen Kunststoffreißverschluss. Außerdem besteht der Schleier wieder aus diesem harten Gewebe das nach ein paar mal tragen bestimmt wieder bricht und dadurch Löcher bekommt. Der Verkäufer ist zwar bemüht die Mängel zu beheben schickt aber nun was anderes als ich bestellt habe und was noch dazu nicht passt und die gleiche schlechte Qualität hat.

non protegge

La maschera non protegge la faccia e la parte superiore della testa: entra in contatto con la pelle e, dove tocca l'insetto facilmente riesce a pungere. E' difficile, se non impossibile fare in modo che la pelle del viso non entri in contatto diretto con la rete. Pericolosa.

Ho acquistato questa giacca insieme ai guanti della stessa marca, e direi di aver fatto un ottimo acquisto per entrambi! Il materiale è abbastanza pesante per non avere punture d'api, ma anche fresco. La maschera è veramente bella (tanto da aver ottenuto complimenti da apicoltori esperti) e comoda perché permette una buona visione! Anche la misura corrisponde con la tabella indicata...comprerò sicuramente altre cose della stessa marca.
